Service is always excellent. Store manager Matt kindly retrieved a big box from the truck, carried it in, and processed the return immediately.Also offers notary services at reasonable prices.Highly recommended

I really needed help with getting my package out today but my printer ran out of ink and I couldn't print out the label. I walked into this store and was greeted by the manager. He was very nice and responsive to my needs. He instructed me on where to email him the label. Once it was printed, I was able to mert my deadline on my package going out in time! I highly recommend this place for shipping!

The employees are so very nice and helpful!! They always make it a point to help customers if they have a lot of packages or have limited mobility. I love how they know who I am and are always eager to help me. Customer service is 20 out of 10! The store is always neat and clean. They offer many different services as well.

I had to return a Amazon package of 4 curtain rods and left box open they carried all 4 rods. Thinking they need to confirm there are 4 rods in there. The employee Gabe stated he had to charge me $4 to tape it up because it was oversize. Literally to place strip of tape bout 3ft. How disappointed I was being it was an amazon return n states 0.00 on my amazon return. Heads up people! Im also reporting to amazon.

Glad there's somewhere closer to drop off returns but being charged $2 to tape up a package is asinine.

I had to run in here a couple weeks ago to get something notarized. I've already been back in the store a few times since it was sold to a new owner and I've been happy about that ever since. All the past reviews that brought the overall rating down on this business were because of an old issue that no longer exists.This was mid morning during a weekday and there were several employees staff in the store. The line went quick, I was greeted with a smile, and quickly tended to for my notary needs. One of the young men met me at a side table and quickly did my notary procedure, while having a professional attitude the entire time.Years ago, the younger employees at this place were disgruntled and, in my opinion, abused. These employees seem to actually enjoy their job, and respond well to the request of their boss.So again, I disregard the extremely low ratings from the store due to it being brought down from so so long ago. Good job on bringing this location back up!

Every time I've needed to come here, I've received the best customer service ever! Especially, Matt. I believe he's the manager. Absolutely outstanding to his customers!

The UPS store in Lodi is now under new management. The manager Matt was very helpful and has a great! customer service. The store looks amazing very clean and organized now Matt went above and beyond to help me with my services for shipping. I will be returning thank you Matt!

I've been to this UPS store a number of times and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Today I needed to laminate a 3 X 5 card. It cost $6.49. That's just crazy!! I couldn't believe it! I'm from the expensive Bay Area, and I can laminate a full 8 X 11 page for a fraction of the cost of what I paid today!! This place is a total rip off. That should be criminal. I will not be coming here again. Buyer be ware!

This used to be the absolute worst UPS store on the planet! The previous owner was just awful to deal with and created a very toxic environment from a customer standpoint. It's unfortunate that the current owners and staff have to be burdened with the negativity of the previous regime. I recently had to use this location for my packages and walking through their doors was a breath of fresh air! The staff immediately greeted me and were eager to assist me with my shipping needs. They were polite, friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional and made me feel like an important part of their business (which I am). I am a fan of their business model and will be using them for all of my shipping needs from now on. I highly recommend this store!
