Best nursery I have been to! Everyone who has ever helped us has given us great customer service and is very helpful. We always find exactly what we need and want and then some! The prices are competitive and the plants and trees are healthy and beautiful.
We have purchased 3 Redwoods, an Elephant Heart Plum tree, 2 wine barrels (cut in half), mini succulents and a couple of beautiful pots. I highly recommend Sunset Nursery! They will have what you need.

Stopped in to look at some evergreen trees. Bought 5 redwoods for a good price. Trees look healthy. Guy that helped us was nice. Will be back for more.

I stumbled upon this nursery randomly & had such a positive experience! Employees were calm, polite, knowledgeable, & friendly. The selection blew my mind, even so late in the season! The plants are raised out undr the blazing Central Valley sun, which results in unfussy, ULTRA HARDY plants, unlike the overpriced, coddled, corporate wimps from chain stores! These toughies sat for a week before I even started planting, & had no issues whatsoever getting transplanted into west-facing ground late summer! You want bulletproof plants, come here!!!⚠️TO THE 1 STAR REVIEWER: How absurd for u to suggest tht Sunset's positive reviews are "cooked up!" I am 100% unattached, independent, & free from influence of Sunset Nursery & its owners/associates. Don't be salty!

This nursery has a good selection and it's so much cheaper than the big box stores/chain nurseries. Everything I purchased here has been thriving in my yard (planted in pots). Will definitely be back for more.

Terrible. Everything there dies. Nothing properly watered. Replacing everything I bought there last fall as either dead or not growing properly. Never had any problems with other plants bought elsewhere

I was very unhappy with this nursery. I went to buy a citrus tree and they had only one of the kind I wanted and it did not look very healthy. They assured me it would be fine. I asked if there would be any issue if it didn't make it, would they refund me and they assured me they would. My gardener refused to plant it saying it would not survive. I tried to return the tree and the guy working there said that I would need to talk with the owner. I asked when the owner would be there and he said, "oh, he comes and he goes." I was able to contact the owner via text and he said that I would be refunded. I had to go back the next day to return the tree and another employee working there pulled the money out of his pocket and gave it to me although I said that the owner said I would be refunded (to my credit card) Apparently the owner did indeed refund the money even though I was not aware at the time that he had actually done that. He called me the next day irate that I had taken advantage. I was furious and insulted. I felt that in no uncertain terms that I was the one taken advantage of. I had at this point made three trips of 10 miles each way to his poorly run establishment. So, I wrote a check and dropped it in the mail and then texted him that I had sent a check. He wrote back that he didn't accept checks. I told him it was too bad since it was already in the mail. I will never again return to this nursery.

Really good nursery. Good selection of plants trees. this is one of the best places for my company to pick up plant materials for my custom residential landscaping needs.

Pretty cool place with good prices lots of different types of plants to choose from. You go crazy lol. Guy that helped us with awesome with good service will definitely be back.

This guy was was unhelpful, very racist and flirting with women while when I asked for help said go and help yourself I am very busy and had zero customer service manners , would not recommend going to this place ever . Have never had such lousy experience in my whole life .All his other reviews are cooked up . Pictures show bigger plants than they actually are . Very very poor service and very disappointed that such a lousy service is being provided at this place . I am not sure but it appears he may have racist inclination but whatever it is I can only say he was the lousiest business I have ever visited in my whole life and I walked out of the place . Ugh who would think these kind of individuals exist in 21st century .

Our team was working on a project that required specific bare root trees. For a number of reasons, what we were looking for was in short supply at numerous nurseries and stores. Sixto was able to order, and bring in, the very specific trees that we needed; making our orchard possible this year. Beautiful trees - really healthy, and he had great recommendations for their care; also, there wasn't another nursery that beat his prices. We really appreciated his help in making our project successful, we'll definitely return for additional trees and plants, in the future.
