This is the best Petco I've ever been to. Amanda and Jude were the most kind and helpful people with a lot of knowledge about Petco animals and their care. Truly a pleasure. I will see you guys soon.

Worst service ever! I WISH THERE WAS A NO STAR! DONT, I REPEAT DON'T TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. I take my dog all the time to Petco to get his grooming done this is the second time I took him to Lodi just because Stockton didn't have a opening. When my husband picked up our dog he stated that the employee said he nibble them so there weren't able to trim his face. Ok I get it but why not contact me to let me know? Also let me say the service only took 1hr? What does this say ? That they didn't want to work on him out of the 30 time I take my dog to get his grooming done at stockton PetCo never have I ever had a problem with my dog nibbling. So they charge for a service that they didn't want to do? No, wonder why they warn me not to bring my dog to Lodi Petco! When I spoke to the manager KAYLIE about the situation she got really rude with me and said she was the one who worked on my dog and would I like to bring him back. Off course not why? First off you were rude to me, second of all my dog nibble you like you stated why would you want me to take him back? 3rd you as the employee didn't even want to work on him at first seem like you just rush your way through so am I comfortable to bring him back HELL NO! Please don't take your dog here go some were else. The manager is Rude, Petco please go back and train this manager to speak to there customer better, if I wasn't satisfied with a service that was done on my dog if she would had reply with respect I would had been ok with it, but by the way she replied to me I don't know what is she capable of. Also for her to say I want a free service, how do you even have the audacity to say something like this to your customer ? Ill pay for a treatment done correctly but seem like you just want to take people money and mess around with people pets and lie about a service you didn't do. FYI! THEY LIE ABOUT TRIMING MY DOG FACE AND EARS, THEY USE THE EXCUSE HE IS NIBBLING JUST SO THEY CAN RUSH THERE WAY OUT. IF YOU DONT HAVE THE PATIENT FOR A ANIMALS PLEASE DONT WORK HERE, PETCO PLEASE GO BACK AND TRAIN YOUR MANAGER OR YOU WILL CONTINUE TO LOSE SERVICE OVER EMPLOYEE WHO DONT WANT TO DO THERE JOB RIGHT AND HAVING A RUDE MANAGER WHO DONT HAVE PROPER TRAINING.

They have really good product. Key to this store is to sign up for the free membership which gives you a lot of great price breaks. I was able to walk out with a $60.00 dog bed for $25.00. I was pretty happy! The people are always pleasant.

Went there with a friend I was getting fresh water fish he was getting saltwater fish. He got helped where as I stood there vocalizing I needed help for like 20 minutes before I got so frustrated that I just walked out. Also the rock they sold my friend was infested with bristle worms, that could easily kill every fish in his tank. Thats like going to ikea, buying a couch, taking it home to find out its infested with rattlesnakes.

I took my 1 year old dog in to be groomed. From the time I got her home to the next afternoon she lay on my lap shaking. She had two cuts on her that she didn't have prior to going there. I have had her groomed several times-before and never had a problem or complaint about her behavior. She was definitely traumatized. I ended up having to take her to the vet for her wounds. She was given antibiotics and a topical medicine. I will never go back to that store.

The store is well stocked and the layout is easy to navigate. The customer service my kids and I experienced was amazing.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I brought my dog in for grooming and when I picked her up her eyes were so red. It looks like they didn’t clean her eyes and I specifically asked if they clean the ears and they told me they do. I went home got her off the car and looked into her ears and not a single thing looked clean. For $70 you would think they would do decent but not even the bare minimum. Customer service Amanda was awful they would only offer 15% back, Seriously? They put you on hold after hold. do not bring your dog here! Such a bummer I really liked the groomer front desk. Amanda seriously needs to be let go.

I love this Salon the staff is wonderful! They give so much attention and love to my pet from the moment we come in. Kailey especially has a good attention to detail is very thorough and make sure my pets and myself are comfortable. She goes above and beyond.

We've definitely become more frequent customers of Petco in multiple cities. I tend to like to visit the one in Lodi simply because it's much cleaner and the staffing is much more friendlier. We're definitely becoming more acquainted also because they have the Vetco which is their vet clinic part of the business, I find that pretty convenient to be able to do your shopping at your pet grooming and pet pet clinic situations taken care of as well. Some items do seem to be a pretty bit on the costly side so I should try to take advantage of their promotions on items and then also signing up to be a Petco member to get the rewards. I definitely check out the clearance sections. For the most part they do seem to have everything that you would need but sometimes it just depends on if what you need is available or in stock. But overall pretty content as a customer here

I'm a regular in the store, the staff is consistently friendly and helpful. This is also one of the few Petco locations that has saltwater fish, and their reptile selection is above average.

Signed up for dog training. First week canceled. Second week we had class, seems like she really didn’t know what she was doing and had to keep looking at the book. Third week was canceled. She had a concert to go to. We came back last week, class gets out 20 minutes early , then she tells us next week is canceled. She has another concert to go to. Crazy our classes should be most important. Do not sign up for dog training here. It has been a horrible experience. It’s been six weeks, we’ve only had three classes. Three cancellations. And honestly, she seems very confused and doesn’t really know what she’s doing, every week she tells us to go on YouTube and learn things.
