“I use the self dog wash station here and it's amazing! I bought the package of 5 washes for $40 so it averages about $8 a wash! Totally worth it. There are two different sized bins for washing if you have small or large dogs. They provide regular shampoo, deodorizing shampoo, oatmeal shampoo, conditioner, towels, waterproof aprons and one grooming blow dryer for each bin. Every time we go we are welcomed and told to use a bin right away. Great service and very cheap compared to professional grooming if you're in a pinch.”
“Absolutely love the grooming department. They're all so sweet and welcoming, when you arrive to check in for your appointment. I have a Goldendoodle and had Cassandra as the groomer. She was so nice and patience throughout the whole process. Because my experience with her, I have now found my forever groomer. Thank you petsmart!”

“A minor inconvenience with a ship to store order had potential to be a headache to resolve but ended up being easy peasy to thanks to each associate I spoke with, especially Mr. Haney and his boss, whom I believe was the manager. (I'm sorry I forgot his name.) Upon initial pick up, the gentleman who walked my order to the car was helpful and kind as well. Another name I forgot to grab and I do apologize as he deserves recognition for his customer service. When it came to resolving the remaining part of my order, Mr. Haney was extremely kind, personable and helpful.
