“Due to the sale of my mothers house I was forced to deal with Bank of America and Wells Fargo. Bank of America customer service number makes you wait 2 1/2 hours. Nine out of 10 times it ended with a recording saying "your call cannot be taken at this time call back later". Wells Fargo is an entirely different experience. Went into the branch where they were extremely helpful and gave me a number to call. Waited three minutes, maybe. Spoke with a customer service representative who assigned a case number to my situation and they have followed up numerous times.. The time and effort I put into this was maybe two hours with Wells Fargo and well over 60 with Bank of America where they still have not resolved the issue. I will be taking my money out of Bank of America and bringing it to this branch of Wells Fargo.”

They can process your request right there in the branch. My last bank had to call the same 800 numbers that I called to do anything. So glad I found this bank. “I've banked with Central State since I was in high school and have had nothing but great experiences. I've used multiple different branches and have had friendly, quick service each time without fail. Recently, I unfortunately had to close my accounts since we moved out of state and needed a local credit union in our new area. PayPal attempted to draft from my closed account rather than the new one and I incurred some fees as a result which were quickly reversed and corrected within a five-minute phone call. Thank you, Kiana for your excellent service, care and concern. If we ever end up back in California, I'll be handling my finances here again without question. Great credit union.”

“I came in first thing in the morning when they just opened , was greeted with the Upmost respect from the branch manager I believe she was, I forgot her name , and then almost immediately Nancy called me over to start my bank acct she was so nice and understanding she made my first experience at BOA amazing . I was in there for no longer then 15 minutes she was super fast and answered every single question I had . And emailed me after the visit letting me know if I had any other questions or in the future needed assistance I can make an appointment with her , very professional and accommodating. Thank you for the best first impression BOA staff y'all where amazing !”
