Don't come here for any of your FedEx needs. I came here to return my AT&T equipment, the man told me to go to Walmart that he can't take the equipment there. I also needed to ship my laptop, again he told me to go to Walmart they got the boxes there. If I wanted to go to Walmart I would have went there in the 1st place. I'm beginning to think maybe he just didn't want my (black) business. I'm finding a lot of that here in Lodi...

Don't expect any customer service at this location after 5:15 pm, even though the posted business hours are until 5:30 pm. They could not provide a simple receipt for a shipment drop off at 5:15 because "the computer was shutting down". Wait to shut down your computer until business hours are over or list your business hours to close at 5 pm so the customer does not expect service at 5:15-just a terrible waste of time.

The worst!!! She locked the door when we were walking up and it was 5:25pm. It says 5:30pm closing and we're just right at the door. She saw us walk up and purposely lock up.

Terrible at getting the packages out. I have tracked my packages and when they go through this location they sit for a couple of days- resulting in a delay in receiving my packages. This has happened with multiple packages. Fedex has gone down in their service and getting package delivered when they should be. For example I was to receive a package two days ago. Through tracking it it has sat in Stockton and then Lodi now 2 days each- 4 days and I am less than an hour away. Terrible service! I would NEVER use Fedex to ship ANY of my packages. And companies should take their business to UPS- they are always on time and efficient!

FedEx is the absolute worst deliver service ever. Completely incompetent and should be banned in the 50 states. I have never since found it necessary to complain about a business but fedex is the absolute worst. I personally hope every single employee, from the CFO down to the everyday worker, contracts HPV. This company is literally number one on my most hated companies list. I have caught drivers stealing, I have ordered overnight packages that take a month, I literally have never had a pleasant experience with any fedex business. If you have a brain please for the love of god ship through anyone else. It's not even covid messing them up or "delivering is difficult business". They are incompetent and a disaster of a company. Amazon is fast and reliable and trustworthy, so is ups. Even USPS is a little slow but at least they get you the package. Fedex is the absolute worst, please don't subject yourself or your loved ones to this awful delivery service.

Nice and quiet! Tucked in the corner of the shopping center behind Taco Bell is this handy little FedEx store! Very helpful and pleasant workers . They immediately took care of my shipping needs, will definitely use this location again.

To expensive. On the FedEx website they quote one price and when you take it in to this place they quoted nearly $80.00 more per package..what a ripped off. Took it to UPS and paid way less.

They were very nice but people should be aware they charge over double to ship or mail anything. I had a small birthday package for my grandson and they said the cheapest way to send it was $17.83 with USPS. That seemed high so I took it to USPS and sent it for $8.23 with priority mail. I asked the USPS why the difference and the worker said mail centers charge almost double to cover rent, employees and overhead for their shops. Good to know!
