This place needs to be investigated. They are the most unscrupulous business I’ve ever dealt with. My rent nearly tripled in less than a year. The first price increase was only 3 months after moving in which more than doubled my rent. They cut that a little bit after I complained but forced me to pay the increased rent for a month before they would even discuss it. They know they’ve got you backed into a corner and take full advantage of it. Absolutely disgusting company!!!! Btw, their current “web rate” deals are about what they were a year ago, just a small increase which is reasonable but it’s 100% bait and switch!!!!

Monkey ca the manager was so professional & went beyond to make sure my experience was a pleasant one. I highly recommend this storage place because problems get solved in the best way possible & Monica is very pleasant to work with.

Extra space storage in LODI is awesome. They have really great customer service and really accommodating. I want to thank Monica for helping us out with our unit that we need. I am a general contractor doing work there. She makes your life easier. Trying to get things around in there. Thank you for the great work and effort she has towards her customers. I recommend this place to anybody who needs a Storage Units in the area.

Great facility , clean units , reasonable rates , the staff members are alright too!!!! Although I wish they didn’t change the gate hours from 8 to 8 but hey could be worse things to complain about. Besides that this facility is Highly recommended for all ur storage needs

Reserved a unit and had to cancel due to outside circumstances. The facility manager was wonderful and understanding. They refunded all my money and took great care to make sure I was satisfied with their customer service. I would recommend this storage facility to anyone.
