The folks at the tire center at the Reynolds ranch costco do a great job. There work is professional and timely.

Corbin was very rude to my cousin, sister and myself on our visit to this costco. We did some personal shopping, as well as shopped for refreshments and snacks for our grandma's funeral - so there were multiple transactions on the conveyor belt and cart. Before he even scanned my membership, Corbin's facial read as annoyed and his tone was rude, even a bit accusatory. No good morning or greeting, he just looked at our stuff and asked if it was going to be together or separate. Mind you, we each have OUR OWN memberships and have spent thousands at costco. I said there is more than one transaction after mine. He kept pushing the question of accounts and transactions after I said we each have our own memberships! After my stuff was done, Corbin continued to ask in an unkind tone about accounts and transactions. My sister actually ended up not having her physical card on her, but Corbin was already speaking to us like we were trying to be sneaky and do a whole bunch of transactions under one account prior to finding that out! I firmly said we each have memberships but my sister doesn't have her physical card, then all of a sudden he wanted to speak nicely and finally explain why he was asking. sure, guy. I definitely felt like there was preconceived notions about us, and we were nothing but nice to him.

I don't know why all the bad reviews. This place is so organized and everyone is helpful. These people go 100 miles an hour. I couldn't work here...they work too hard. Anyway, love everything and my new tires I have no complaints.

The girl told me to wait for a call when my pizza is ready. Been waiting for a call but all the pizza were sitting a side until my husband went to the pizza prep lady and it was done long ago. Don't recommend buying pizza here.

Waited 50 Mins for two pepperoni pizzas. Sandra was working and gave me attitude and had the pizzas sitting on the side the whole time. Don't recommend eating here.

Normally I love this Costco, but today I almost wished I had gone to the Stockton one instead. Certain staff really need more training. I had to wait at least 10 minutes in line because a cashier decided to have a private conversation with the customer in front of me. Then when I went to leave I had to wait while the two door greeters held onto my receipt and had a private conversation between them.

12/30/23 This is regarding their tire center. I called a few days ago to schedule an appointment to get new tires since they were the only local store that had tires in stock for my car. The guy I spoke to said I would need to make an appointment so I did, and he added nothing after making the appointment. I show up at 3pm, Saturday for my appointment in which I'm now told by a different guy that they only had two tires left for my car because someone had just purchased some. I was then told they usually encourage customers to purchase the tires in advance to guarantee them. I let him know I was not told this when I originally called otherwise I would have bought them. He apologized but this was a waste of my time and gas bc I wasn't provided full information when I originally called. Why make an appointment for me if they know there's a possibility the tires might not be in stock by the time I make it in?? Makes no sense especially since he even said it was the only tire in stock for my car. This is likely my first and last time I'll try to use Costco's Tire Center. I now have an appointment with America's Tire which I was able to get a better deal on some Yokohamas anyway. Hoping this will go better!

I don't go to the Costco in Stockton. The parking lot is horrible, too many cars and not enough space. The gas stations lines are always way too long. I felt like my life was in danger every time I walked from the parking lot to the store entrance, people drive through there without a care in the world. The food court is always dirty and littered with trash. I'd rather spend the gas to drive to the one in Lodi or Manteca.

Bought new prescription glasses. Got $50 off the second pair. Staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Their prices undercut any local eye wear store. Selection is wide.

Very shocked to see such low ratings this is my favorite Costco, it's always clean and nicely put together, I feel the staff are always helpful, and cheerful. They always have everything I need, even when there was a shortage on Enfamil it was this Costco that had their stuff together. I was able to feed my Irish twins. I find myself always finding new things when I come to this Costco the only thing that's a bit annoying or over whelming is the AT&T workers. I'll be on the phone and they just be talking , after I make it clear I have AT&T then they want to know how much do I pay,8 just feel good sales men/ women know when a customer is uninterested or unsure.

We decided to pop in to the Costco in Lodi after having a fairly miserable lunch, and wanting to grab some things for our road trip. I can pretty much live at Costco. It's my go to for so many things, and rarely does a warehouse disappoint me. I love the fact that most of the locations are organized in the same fashion. The exception being the location in Washington state, which is considered to be there , original location and everything about that place is special. It's completely different from the exterior all the way through the entire warehouse. But I digress. This location the parking is seemingly not only disorganized, but rather nightmarish to navigate through. Maybe it was just our timing. The warehouse is set up, pretty similar to most of the others, just less of everything. It was really odd. I perused through the cheese and meat sections, and they literally had taken the cold cases, and somehow managed to block off half the space, while filling the other half of space With product. So either they don't sell enough at this location, or they don't get enough product, but it was just odd. I've never seen this in any of the warehouses that I've shopped out, and that's been a lot. The checkout lines at this location are just horrendous. There were people standing in line 25 carts deep, and only some of the lines were even open. The self check out was closed, and the unnecessary craziness just did not make sense. If someone lives in the area, it may make more sense to go to the Stockton warehouse. I will say what is nice about this specific location, or the other services in the general area. So if you're out for the day and you need to check off a lot of things on the honey do list, this is definitely the spot. From Home Depot, to Staples, etc. You literally can get so much done in the area. Bravo for that planning!

Today I had the most horrible experience at Lodi Costco I had my service dog sitting on my lap when I got approached by Mike an employee there saying I need to leave as soonest possible because having a dog inside was unsanitary, I told him if his worry abou sanitary conditions he should clean the table that was next to me, he was very aggressive towards me and literally kick us out of the store, thank God we were done shopping but never again I will shop there.

I did not walk away at 9:04am from Costco today feeling like a valued member. Cashier Corbin P made an offhand comment about the high expense of the brand of dog food I was buying for my dog, which cause me to have to justify my purchase to Corbin P. But really, what difference does my consumer choice make to him? I am supporting him with my customer loyalty and purchases. I shop at Costco and retain membership with the understanding that I am getting a good deal because I am a consuming member of the Costco company, or at least I thought I did. My dog food choice and the expense of it is none of Corbin's business about. If anything Corbin P. should've said something like "Wow! This is expensive! Here is another store you can buy the dog food so you can save more money on your purchase." Maybe even advocating in my behalf for Costco to lower the cost of the $63.99 "Blue Dogfood" #1344105. Please let Corbin P. know that he should be helping customers feel good about their purchases, not making them feel that they should question them. Cobin P is right, I should start keeping an eye out for a cheaper place to buy my brand of dog food.
