Since I've lived in Lodi, the car wash debit card reader at this gas station has NEVER worked. I've asked them several times when they plan to fix it and they've always played dumb, claim they have no idea what I'm talking about. If you want convenience and speed when using automated car wash services, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS GAS STATION. I'd give no stars for this review if I could.

I go to lakewood chevron on a daily basis and Rebecca has never been unprofessional to me or my family. She is always happy and smiling, my kids and my wife love going in chevron just to see her

I’ll keep it short. I know the owner of this establishment, one of his newer hires who is an elderly white bearded man, took it upon himself to act as the owner and decide when the 24 hour a day business does and does not operate. Locking me out while you sit on your phone for “cleaning” loses you a customer.

Went to that gas station to fill up my tank and my son really needed to use the restroom. The 2 clerks there said restrooms were not for customer's use. They have a very visible restroom door that deceives customer into thinking they can use it if they need to. The clerk (guy) said "No, restrooms are not for customers, you can go to subway and use theirs" despite telling them my little one really needed to use it and it was going to be quick. This happened on Tuesday 10/26/2021 around 6:20pm. Never had such experience like this at a chevron before. Time to start looking for other options. How disappointing specially when you have a little kid with you. Wouldn't recommend this chevron gas station at all!!!! Poor rating

I wish I could give a zero star rating. I have filled my tank and purchased the Ultimate Car Wash many times over the years. It's the most expensive wash they offer. This was the first time I must have been a little too far left for the automated arm. It caught on my mirror backed up and cancelled my wash after spraying the front of my truck with soap. It instructed me to "Pull Forward." I pulled out and went into the store, soap dripping from my truck. I explained the situation and said, even though I have never had to fold my mirrors in before at your car wash, I will do so in the future. I was told it was my fault so the wash is cancelled. After much going back and forth as the soap dried on my truck, the manager decided to give me the express wash, the cheapest of the 4 washes they sell. He refused to give me the Ultimate that I paid for. I was very upset to say the least. I have been a regular customer there for years. On my way out the door, he said "Have a Nice Day" adding insult to injury. The express wash didn't even rinse all the soap off my truck. Have a nice day indeed. I told him I would never be back.Kimberly

Very Rude! No stars! Go to Walmart chevron! Wouldn't honor a $9.00 car wash credit that was 2 days expired but we had just had days of rain.....
