I think they are awesome! They all know me, and always greet you with a smile! Suckers for the kids, and hand sanitizer is always readily available. They are fast, with excellent customer service! 5 stars!

Worst experience at this branch amariya banker she just sitting in her cabin and talking to people about Thanksgiving & Halloween. She look at me 3-4 time but she didn't come to help us. We sit here from the last 15 minutes.

I think this bank needs to be open till 6pm because it's not only bankers that get off at 5pm and it is impossible to make it to the branch lobby when they close at the same time people are getting off work thanks christine

This bank doesn't even deserve 1 star. Completed a deposit at the ATM and it glitched. Nobody in the bank could help me. My son followed the teller to a room where Samantha Quesada sat and was explained the situation and she didn't even get up to come talk to me to explain what to do. But she sent her business card. The teller then tells me to look for the number on my ATM card and call. I was like you can't even help me call or provide me a telephone number. I was told to sit in the lobby and use my own phone. Thank God I have resources of a phone, right. Then I call the 1-800 number and they ask me for a transaction number that should have been provided by the bank. I was like who do I call to complain because nobody has come out to help me. So long story short I won't have my money for 8 days and I asked to speak to the branch manager who I understand was the vice president Samantha Quesada and she would not come out but she was sitting in her glass office doing nothing and alone. Next I was told she was busy. I have called several times to speak to branch president or to get his number and have been hung up on. Lovely. The bank teller was way more helpful than Samantha and she should make Samantha's salary because Samantha is worthless !

Arturo provided exceptional customer service. There were no appointments available for the day but I waited for a standby appointment on the advice of Arturo and was able to meet with Art same-day. This branch has friendly, knowledgeable staff and I would highly recommend it to anyone!

I have been with this bank for 50 years (1973), when it was Home Savings and Loan, Washington Mutual, etc.! I’m now a disabled Senior, and not pleased with how things/rules are now there! They used to give free checking accounts with direct deposit (I’m on SSI), free checks and no monthly fees! Well, no more free checks and monthly fees are $12 unless you have over a certain amount in the bank! $12 a month for a checking account is expensive in 1 year! It’s becoming a for profit bank! I’m planning on going to a different bank now! Oh, plus if you have insufficient funds and write a check for a bill, they’ll charge you $35 and may close your account! Not nice for a struggling disabled Senior! I go to the Lodi, Ca branch on Kettleman Ln.! Will go across the street to open an account at F & M Bank instead (free checking and free checks plus no monthly fees)! Judy!

Banker called me a few months in my personal phone that he is our banker and if I needed any business with the bank, just call or drop by. I sat down at their waiting area to wait for a banker. I was there for about 10 minutes. The lines were short. I went to one of the tellers, and he asked me what I was there for. I told him my business(wire transfer) and he told me to get in line with the teller, to which I did. I used to do this transaction with the banker and I was told by the banker who called me that if I needed to do this or any transaction, call or drop by. There were no instructions in the waiting area with procedures with time with the bankers. If the banker did not come out to ask, I would have waited for a couple more minutes. They used to have a signup sheet to talk to a banker. I guess that changed. But the least they could have done was communicate it properly.

Art is the man over at the Lodi Branch. Have no complaints about staff or banking. Having a Chase account and Credit can open avenues for some much more than the McD's of banking. Thanks to all the Staff and Art.

Art Sanchez is an absolutely outstanding professional, he was able to help us with a difficult, last minute business situation. Not only that, but he did it with a smile, and good humor! He knows what he does and enjoys it.Margie is phenomenal as well, her customer service is outstanding. As soon as I came in, I saw how pleasant she seemed and hoped she would be the teller available when I came up. Luck was with me and she was extremely professional, compassionate, and helpful.I have never been so impressed with a banking experience, and am genuinely looking forward to our future business with Chase.

When I Go to Yelp and see a business with 1 or 2 stars for the most part I instantly understand why. 7/15/22 I came to chase to cash my check the teller who was doing her job said she couldn't cash my check and In order to do so will require a hold on the check until the bank clears it, I've been told this before so it was no big deal I just usually ask to speak with a manager because I know they can override it. This all has happened before and I've never had a problem before. The manager or supervisor not sure which she was because she never specified refused to cash my check and stated that it was because of policy after I informed her that it's not a policy because I've cashed many checks before so if it was policy every chase would stand by policy, she then stated it's up to The bank discrepancy so I asked her "so your personally refusing to cash my check" she went back to its policy. I've had chase since 2004 most likely longer then she's been working there I've never had this problem before and if she would of taken her time to actually look through my account she would of seen that a certain amount of money is deposited into my account monthly which is 4x the amount I was originally cashing, I really felt discriminated against, and you can't just tell people anything especially when they've been a customer for years.

Worked with Art regarding a Power of Attorney. Art provided OUTSTANDING Customer Service. Very professional and has a true interest and concern for Chase Bank customers, so I give this experience a FIVE STAR RATING .

Never have enough tellers always a long line and some tellers just talk and talk to customers about home life when there is a huge line. No problem if your talk about personal line just not when there's a line out the door.
