Went to Zales Outlet in Livermore looking for an anniversary ring and Enrique was the best! He was very courteous and patient with us. Took the time to show us different style rings and get the right sizing and answered all our questions. Luckily we found the perfect ring for us and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Best experience I've had in a very long time. A young man by the name Javier R. assisted me in finding a watch for my husband's 60th b'day. He was very kind and patient with me. I really appreciate his kindness.

Javier was an amazing sales associate. Welcomed me and my wife immediately upon arrival, showed us around and had great hospitality. We ended up purchasing an anniversary wedding ring for our 5 year. Can’t say enough great things about Cynthia and the entire team here at the Livermore Outlets. Cynthia helped us through the entire process of choosing an engagement ring and I had literally ZERO idea of where to start.
