I booked this hotel for 3 reasons: Pup friendly, indoor hot tub and breakfast included.
When you check in with pets, you sign an agreement about your pets behavior. There was a dog right across from my room who barked consistently from when we got to our room until past midnight. The manager finally knocked on their door. That customer just screamed at him in the hallway. I'm not sure why they weren't removed earlier.
The room was not clean. I had asked the hotel clerk if the shower could be cleaned, and he said it was just how the shower was. Some bleach spray would have been nice.
The power was out most of the night until we left. My mom could not use her cpap machine. We couldn't use the elevators, and we did not get breakfast that was supposed to be included with our room. They would not provide even a partial credit.
PROS: free and decent parking. The pool was nice. Fluffy pillows and decent beds. Good products in the room. I still do NOT recommend this hotel.
RESPONSE asked for them to be tried again, which is why I asked for a PARTIAL credit but was denied . . . So

We came here when the fires hit. Tracy, California and the room was clean and had all the things we needed. They allowed us to bring her three cats. The Continental breakfast was a nice bonus.

My husband and I were looking for a quick relaxing getaway. I booked this location cuz it was close to a winery that were visiting, they had an indoor pool, and they offered complimentary breakfast, which wasn't too bad. While I didn't need much, the front desk person was a zombie. The accommodation was ok but I booked using points. Not sure if I'd come back to this facility in the future...

This hotel left my husband and I with an unpleasant experience.
The door to the room they gave us the first time didn't work, we stayed outside for 15 minutes or so until they could open it.
They changed our room and in the second room there were cockroaches on the bed.
We spent a maximum of 1 hour in the hotel and we left because I no longer felt comfortable in the hotel after the 2 bad experiences.
We went down to the lobby to express our discomfort and for them to give us our refund and they told us that they couldn't because there was no Manager and until Monday we contacted the manager who said that it was not his problem that we had withdrawn.
So for me the service, cleanliness and customer service are terrible.

For starters, there were bed bugs in the room I stayed in. When I called down to the front desk to address this, all they said was they would send someone up. No one showed up in the 30 minutes or so that it took me to get dressed and pack up. When I went down to the front desk to talk to someone, the man at the front desk did nothing to solve the problem. He just continued to say they’d need to have an exterminator come which did absolutely nothing to resolve the fact that I’d stayed a night with them already.
On top of that, the room and hallways smelled entirely like cigarettes, despite the various signs claiming the hotel was 100% smoke free. Upon entering the room, the smell seemed like it grew stronger and there was an even weirder smell. The room was rundown as well. The fridge was broken, chipped and smelled. The dresser, desk table and night stand were all chipped and dirty. There were food stains on the walls and the comforter. The pipes are all exposed behind the ac unit and the sink. I wish I’d taken pictures of everything but I wasn’t even going to leave the review until I found the bed bugs.
The two stars I’ve given for service is merely because the woman at the front desk when I checked in was kind as was the cleaning lady. However, I will be asking for a refund for my nights stay.
**Update: In response to business reply..I did not refuse. I left because the room was infested and instead of standing in the same clothes I was laying in that bed in I needed to go shower in a clean room and wash my clothes.**

We got a standard king bed room on the 2nd floor. Hall and upstairs noise can be loud. We like that it's a dog friendly hotel but carpet starts past the entry. Hot breakfast included in the morning with a good spread. Lots of parking in the front and back and two large grassy areas for dogs. There is a traffic light to get out of the lot and a couple time it wouldn't trip to give us a green light.

Booked my reservation over the phone, gave them my debit card. Husband arrived for his stay and his debit card keep declining, but worked at the local gas station. Wouldn't run card on file but would run it if we didn't show up. 5 hours away from home you would think you'll get some help. Luckily the hotel next door took him

Horribly dirty and disgusting. I viewed 4 different rooms, all littered with bodily fluids, hair, crumbs, and stained upholstery and linens. The attached pictures are from our first room. The white spots on the walls are not paint chips. This was the cleanest of the 4 rooms viewed. Customer service was good.
