Always clean, but only greeted by the girl with the multicolored hair. She is very nice! The guys working here just sit behind the counter on their phone.

We stopped in for the first time right before Thanksgiving to check out the holiday decor as everything we saw from outside the large picture windows was so inviting. We weren't greeted by the one employee we saw who was vacuuming, and that didn't bother us as we didn't need any assistance & wanted to browse every nook and cranny of this beautiful store. Glad it's kept so clean & everything is neatly and nicely arranged.Store is beautifully staged, smells GREAT. We sniffed every scent at the candle display and the fragrance certainly wasn't coming from the mild scent of these unlit candles! Must've been some plug-in type air fresheners or fragrance pots throughout the store, but we didn't go looking. (They could sell a whole bunch of that stuff if it were available, and perhaps we'll ask the employee next time we stop by as we may have missed it!)We all felt like kids in a candy store! Lots of "down home" type holiday decor, and various furniture pieces disbursed throughout the store to give shoppers a real life visual of how one's home could look if we all had the money to really deck those halls Kirkland-style! Prices are moderate, 30% off sales made merchandise more attractive. Clearance area in the back right corner had further discounts on a limited number of items, worth a quick look if looking for a bargain.Not tons of stuff that's overwhelming, but still a vast selection of goods available. Everywhere we looked, space was filled with merchandise, even high up on the walls, good use of vertical space - John Muir would probably have approved!Discount alerts via email to sign-up for if you're so inclined.Kirkland's reminded us a bit of Pier One Imports (for those who remember that place) and Cost Plus. Both being more geared toward international merchandise, but the general concept is quite similar.We felt that Kirkland's Home succeeded in inspiring the holiday spirit by tantalizing the senses - so much to see, smell, touch, and background music to hear. (Nothing to taste haha, but that's quite alright.) This place actually made us smile, we felt happy, and at home while wandering the store. Can't say that about most other shopping experiences, which are harried & stressful, especially this time of year. We'll definitely come back.

I had been looking for a popular item and I called the store to see if the item is in stock. At this point they had been kind and professional. I was told to call back after 3, I was told that if I called back they could hold the item for me, so I did. I called back at the time I was told and then I was told they couldn’t place any of them on hold for me. “It’s first come first serve basis”. So I rushed out to the store and when I got there a younger woman with a bun (how I wish I got her name) told me she had just put the last 2 on hold for someone else. I explained the situation and how I was calling and she was really rude. It’s not ok the do something for some costumers and not for others. I was a regular here. Might have just been a communication thing but she was very rude. Disappointing and unprofessional.

Warning Not a great place to work. Both managers Anthony and Ginette are disrespectful. They have Terrible training skills for new hires. Needs to learn how to treat people and not be lazy.

Love this store but not so much the sales associates especially a male employee which I believe is a manager he's not friendly what's so ever never greets customers he always seems like he's annoyed at his job, like I said I love this store but the management and customer services need major improvement.

Very cute stuff and they always have deals and a large clearance section. The low review is due to the customer service. I've gone to this store multiple times and never been greeted. When I purchase something, never greeted. They just scan my stuff and say the generic "have a good day". I purchase a large mirror one day and I needed help getting it into my car, the guy who helped me sighed and was irritated that he had to help me. Mind you, he was very happy and pleasant with the previous people in front of me.

I appreciate their employees' kindness and customer service skills. I went here a little flustered to do a return and both the in-store and service center employee he had me call were helpful and professional.

Very friendly service and a store full of everything. Home decor store with unusual items at good prices. As you enter the first thing I noticed was the smell of scented candles - I'm not sure if that is what they are known for but sure did stand out. The colorful blankets and very low prices also were eye catching. Pillows and flowers, tables and consoles - I feel like it would take half an hour to really see anything. Seasonal items I hear is what sells best for people that like to change decoration on a seasonal basis. I heard of a study that says it challenges your brain and keeps you brain cells working better if you change position of your furniture and colors and that sort of thing... Good justification for paying money on that sort of thing.
