I bought a pair of jeans and wanted to return them two days late. They told me they do not accept returns and that the return policy is printed on the receipt, which they never gave and never sent.
When we got back again to say that we were never informed about the return policy, the lady pulled the policy and placed it on the countertop, which was not there before.
They were extremely rude… they know the drill.

Worst customer service. Purchased a bunch of jeans before Christmas. Got home and one pair of jeans was missed labeled with the wrong size. Went back after Christmas for an exchange but the store did not have the size. Asked for a refund but store policy was exchange only or store credit. Told store that I'm not from the area and don't know when I'll be coming back. Ask to speak to a manager. Associate when to the back to get manager name Thyear, but was told that they were off the clock. Manager refused to make an exception for refund even though it was them that missed labeled. They had their chance to make the situation right but refuse to even talk to the customer. I guess I'll have to dispute the charge with the CC company.

Was helped by an amazing employee! Couldn’t find much in my size, however the pants I ended up buying are so soft and look great. Will come back for petite size pants!

Definitely my favorite store in the outlet! Thayer was my personal stylist he help me find the perfect style jeans, and color. He was extremely helpful and knows the store very well. definitely will be back.

Daniel, the assistant manager from Palm Springs store assisted us today at Livermore Outlet store. He helped us find four new pairs of denim to fit our needs. His customer service and help was amazing! He made the Joe's jeans shopping experience super fun and consultative, unlike other stores we shopped. Bravo Daniel

Bought one pair of jeans from Nordstrom. Spent over $100+. Hardly wore it 10 times and washed it 4 times . After that it got ripped. When I am spending $100 on a pair of jeans I expect to wear it for at least 2 years.My $60 Levis jeans are far better than this . Not going to buy another pair from Joe's again.

I own 3 Pairs of woman's dress shoes that I've purchased from here and let. Me. Tell. You. Super high quality, and some of the most comfortable heels I've ever owned! I can literally wear my heels from here all day long, and I can't say that about any of the others I own. My husband loves their dress shirts too, super comfy and will structured so they're flattering. He's retired most of his Men's Warehouse shirts for these now. They always have great sales and discounts going on so I feel like I'm getting a steal every time I go. If you haven't been here yet, go. Try a pair of shoes on. You won't regret it!

The whole team here is extremely well trained and caring individuals. They are great at recommending products, showing you specials and figuring out what may be best for you which is a good and a bad thing because you may end up going broke lol I was getting ready for a trip and always ended up stopping back here and buying something whether it was a shirt, more shoes etc. Quality is great, may be a little pricey but you pay for what you get for sure. Definitely my new go to spot
