“Successfully completed the 6 weeks 20lb Challenge at the Livermore location. It was by the skin of my teeth, but made it with over a half pins to spare. I took all morning classes except once I took the 5pm which was over crowded. Over all things went well, but the food portion is super restrictive and if you don't eat eggs or tuna like myself, it can get receptive and boring quickly.There is not a lot of room for mistakes in your eating or you're just not going to make it to the end, so if you're not in it 1000% you'll be disappointed at the end.The trainers are great, but some do not follow the clock and you just have to bug out for work or what if they're running late.Going to try the 5% body fat challenge next.”

“I had an exceptional experience at Orange Theory in Livermore. Upon entering the studio for the first time Hazel and Stephanie were very polite and engaging. They answered all my questions and Stephanie walked me through a demo of what we would be doing during our workout session. The studio was clean and organized with an inviting environment. The workout was challenging yet fun; I especially enjoyed the fact that we could monitor our progress on the screen above. Stephanie did a great job actively moving about the studio pushing us to go just a little bit harder, keeping us on track, and continuing to check up on us as we completed our sections. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this class to anyone looking to reach their fitness aspirations!”

“I had a Baby 10 weeks ago and decided to do a six week challenge in order to lose some of the baby weight. I worked out 20 times in six weeks and stuck to the diet about 99% of the time-- and lost 21 lbs!!! The diet and workout program was very doable for me, the location was convenient and the classes overall were good. I like the 45 minute class length and i liked the balance of both strength training with a little cardio. The ropes and boxing were my favorite! Additionally, the workout environment was very comfortable, i enjoyed the "girls only" policy, and found people to be helpful and supportive. This was a great start to my weight loss and I look forward to continuing to eat healthy and find enjoyable exercise!”

“Amazing place to be. All kinds of yoga. Best is heated yoga and aerial yoga. Pilates is amazing too. They have kundalini meditation as well. You will find motivation to go every day. It is very engaging class and Instructors are amazing. Multiple classes during the day so pretty easy to find classes at your own time. I go every day. Worth the money spend and you get unlimited instructed led classes.”

“My first time doing CrossFit. They offer some beginner courses for the first 4-5 classes and then one can join the main classes which was a nice ramp up. Great community. I really appreciated Matt and Albert teaching me the basics.”

“I have been going to Fitness 19 in Livermore for a few years now. Over the last 12 months I have been working with Tyler as my trainer for a few days a week. He has helped transform my body and teach me proper lifting and gym practices. I cannot be more thankful for the attention to detail and enjoyment that Tyler brings to my gym experience. The facility is not the largest and during business hours it can be difficult to get every piece of equipment you might want but most people are open to sharing equipment (you just need to ask) and the team is prompt to repair equipment that requires it. I highly recommend Fitness 19!”

“I use this gym mostly for free weights, treadmill, stair climber, and sauna. The gym is always clean and stocked with paper towels and cleaning spray so you can wipe down your machine. The sauna is a descent size - it is co-ed, located right next to the pool/jacuzzi. The women's locker room is always clean, including showers. Showers are always stocked with soap. Bring your own locks. Bring your own blow dryer and towels. If you forget your towels you can purchase shower and hand towels for a reasonable price. (I believe I paid $5 for a full size shower towel)”

“I was introduced to Dave by a friend earlier this year a few months into the pandemic. I lost all motivation to be active and was not feeling comfortable in my own skin. I decided small group training was what I needed to get myself back on track. Dave is professional and works with each individual person based on your own goals. From in person workouts to virtual workouts he doesn’t fall short. I always tell him the virtual workouts are a$$ kickers. I highly recommend Dave and GSFP for your training needs.”
