Had an appointment for 10:45am. Got there at 10:30 am. Check in was fast and my blood was drawn by 10:45am. I spent 15 min there total. Very fast.

This Review Is In Regards To The Lab On Twelve Bridges. I Have Been To This Location Many Times For Lab Work And Have Never Had An Issue Until Today!! The Lady At The Desk Was EXTREAMLY RUDE To Everyone Who Came And Checked In. Was Treated Like A 5 Year Old Child And Told To Go Sit Down And Fill Out Your Paper, Bring It Back When Your Done!! Caught Me Off Guard. LOL. I Honestly Had To Laugh! Maybe She Was Having A Bad Day, Untill It Was Everyone Who Came To The Counter Was Treated The Same!! Smh!! No Respect!! If You Dont Like Dealing With People??..Don't Work With The Public!! Sooo Not Professional!! Do Better!!??

Denied services to my father who is a senior citizen with Medi-cal and Medicare. Very rude and embarrassed us in front of others. We have been going there for 5 years and this was very disappointing.

This place was Awesome, the staff is so friendly and accommodating.I had to do physical therapy then had lab work done then had exrays done and they set that up so that when i got done with one that the next person was waiting for meIt was so nice to be able to do it all at one location

I've always liked coming in to see the doctors. Even though I don't like going to the doctor's. Be coming to this establishment you're always welcome and greeted kindly and respectfully. The doctors seem to have a sense of humor and treat you like family as well as all the receptionist upfront

Always well taken care of at Sutter! I'm always amazed at the smiling personalities at the various Sutter front desks. No grumps or indifferent types. The care and advice I get is always top notch.

This review is for the x-ray department. Have been trying to get an xray for all week now, on my lunch. Yesterday the wait was more than an hour, but the waiting room was completely empty. Technician said "we're here from 8.30-4.30 every day". OK. Today I showed up at 12.15pm, again on my lunch, and the sign says "will return at 1.35". Ridiculous.

I have been going to internal medicine at Sutter in Lincoln for eight years. Recently my PCP left and I had an interim physician Dr. Posten who was excellent. I am now seeing Dr. Tayal. She replaced Dr. Raj. I like her very much and have found her to be very conscientious and detailed regarding my care. I like the Sutter system because everything is in the computer and referrals and records are easily acquired when seeing specialists. I love the online system for patients. I often message my doctor with a question and receive a prompt response. I also make my appointments online and review my test results. The staff are very personable and courteous. I can make an appointment at the lab if I want but the wait has never been more than 10 or 15 minutes. It is right next to the doctors office.

Another post for Sutter. Unfortunately service has gone even lower than before. What happened: there are many reasons for one star here are my main ones: 1. Not enough staff to handle the patients, 2. You will get a PA most of the time if not every time, 3. Sutter app, 4. They have not been transparent. They need a stronger process with more doctors. I can't emphasize this statement more. It's clear Sutter puts patient health second to profits. Between my wife and I we have been in to Sutter around a dozen times this year. We have been seen by our doctor only once. The Sutter app is a joke. It doesn't even allow you to access past emails. Moreover, when your trying to find an answer to something they have started to close the chains in the app just to have to start a new one. Really bad communication. Sutter collects millions of dollars from its patients. It would be nice to not feel so much like a sheep in there process. Honestly, it would be nice to just be herd and well taken care of. Kaiser we miss you. My whole family is making the move with us next year. That's about 25 people. Can't wait to move:)
