What a wonderful experience. James, the owner was fantastic at assisting us during the whole process. We ended up with the exact engineered hardwood flooring that we wanted. The Nielson flooring installation crew was incredible, they taped and sealed everything off to contain all of the dust during the demo process. What I personally noticed during the installation process, was that the flooring installers were a throwback to a time when skilled tradesman actually took pride in their craft. Their attention to detail and work ethic was refreshing. My wife and I are extremely picky and we realized early on, that we did not need to supervise this crew at all, we knew the job would be completed up to our expectations or beyond. We couldn't be any happier with the results. Wow! Thank you Nielson Fine Floors, Inc.

Follow up feedback . The owner is very dishonest. BE AWARE! I am sorry but pee yes but feces NO. You were 2 hours late. I have no reason to lie but we had smelly floor issues and that was explained to you initially.
The pets have allergies no what you stated about skin issues because of the floors. I guess you are a veterinarian too ! Come on! Why LIE?? You stated that you could not breath . Are you serious ! You never said that as we were already insulted by your comment it smelled. If it bothered you, you should have left . That was never mentioned until the response to my feedback. And of course you never sent a proposal until I reached out with your excuses . You are a complete liar and very unprofessional in how you initially address potential customers and what really happens. You say one thing and do another . People like you are only looking for work to make easy money and if you are a pet owner as we explained to you the floors had separated and the house smelled . Initially we were mislead with the original flooring. We told you this too! You deserve negative zero feedback for your unprofessionalism and complete lies to cover what kind of business you run.
First feedback . This small business came highly recommend. We needed new flooring . We went to the store location and they seemed to tell us what we needed to hear. In fact willing to help us with previous flooring issues. They came to the home and first thing he says it really smells in here. Of course it does. Nice! Then he takes measurements tells us he cannot follow through in assisting with feedback on the old flooring . Ok no problem . So we wait for the estimate . Nothing! I call and finally it comes over with conditions and he can’t warranty the work and install . Wow! I had multiple red flags and I would never recommend them at all . Complete liar and terrible business man .
If this is how he does business I can guarantee he has done this with others! Stay away.
Btw we found an honest person who did the work and install .

We recently had Nielsen fine floors at our property to install hardwood floors in a small guest house It's it was their second visit as they originally install carpeting in the main house a couple of years ago both experiences with them were outstanding-on schedule on time, the hardwood floor installers were above excellent very nice to work with and did a fantastic job, I highly recommend this company.

We had a positive experience with Nielson Fine Floors from beginning to the end. When we started looking we only knew that we wanted to get rid of our tile and carpeted floors. Nielson's explained the different options to us. Helped us pick the color of our wood laminate flooring. After looking at many, many options and receiving many recommendation from Nielson's. We are very happy with what we picked out and it looks beautiful in our Sun City Lincoln Hill home.
One thing we really liked about Nielson's is they do not use sub-contractors for installers. They have their own staff. They are a great group of workers, clean cut and show up on time.

Working with James and Diane at Nielson's Fine Floors was a pleasurable experience. Diane's designer knowledge was helpful in picking the "perfect" flooring. James most assuredly knows his stuff when it comes to precise measurements, quality products and an outstanding team of installers. Nikita and his crew showed up, as promised, on time every morning and worked 11 to 12 hour days to complete the job. All in all I could not be happier with the finished project.

We recently had all new floors installed by Nelson Fine Floors in Lincoln. We had an excellent experience from beginning to end. We chose hardwood, carpet and luxury vinyl, with design assistance from James and Alec. Installation was on time and the quality of the work was top notch. We received a level of customer care that would not have been received from a big box store, and the pricing was very competitive. Nelson Fine Floors is an outstanding family owned local business. We highly recommend.

After going out for several bids, I chose Nielson Fine Floors to replace our flooring and am very happy I did. I seriously doubt that we would have received the same level of attention and care from the other flooring companies that we were given by James, Diane and Alec. The installation (a special thanks to Nick and Sam) was professional and thorough. The floor turned out beautiful! I highly recommend Nielson's to anyone considering a flooring project.

We used Nielson Fine Floors to put in new carpet after we bought our house. James went above and beyond for us, from recommending a gorgeous, soft carpet that we could get for a better price, to working with our move in date and getting the carpet installed before we moved in. We will definitely be using Nielson's for future flooring projects. We can't recommend them enough!

We highly recommend Nielson Fine Floors for your flooring needs. Working with James and Diane was an excellent experience from beginning to end. From choosing our carpets to scheduling and installation of the same, the process was smooth and painless. The installers were on time and took care of every detail all the way through clean-up. Afterwards, a walk through with James made sure nothing was left undone. All in all, we highly appreciate and recommend this company for a job well done!

It is a rare thing these days to work with a business that provides excellent customer service and that performs at the highest standard. Nielsen's offers a stunning selection of high quality products, at very competitive prices (they beat Costco's price). Most importantly, they retain skilled, courteous installers who prep the flooring area thoroughly and then install the product with precision. Everything was done as promised and in an efficient manner. Our flooring looks fabulous and it was a pleasure to do business with Nielsen's.
