Great prices with a professional staff. Very secure grounds. Units do not leak in the rain, very well maintained.

On 11/1/22 I went to check on my unit, and what I found was water leaking from the ceiling. All of my tools, collectables and important documents all got water damage, along with my vintage furniture. I brought this matter up to the office managers and they did nothing about this situation. I then had to purchase a U-Haul immediately to get my things to a safe place,. The owners of the facility still never did anything to help or even reach out to me. They did even worse, they still charged me for the full month's rent $169.00. I am a single Mother trying to just make it and they knew this and took advantage of me. I have photos to show all of the damages. This is a terrible company to use if you want your stuff safe.

This place has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my entire life. The employee working during the week that had more fun looking at my boyfriend than anything else, was rude, non-informative, and very arrogant; I don't like to label people but it's hard not to want to think he is sexist by how poorly he treated me. I was seeking a new storage but when I saw how he treated and profiled the other customers it made me walk right out. You can't give away other peoples storages. You should be sued.

The management is just as corrupt as it was before it changed about a year ago.Don't trust this place with anything you care about.They couldn't care less about their customers or the service they provide

I have to say, since the new manager took over 6 or 7 months ago, this place has had a major turn for the better. He was diligent to correct all of the problems this place had. It's clean and is a nice location for storage. Good job!
