“I highly recommend this post office and the super helpful and efficient staff especially Carlo who is a supervisor there. I had a very important package that I needed to receive at a certain time/day given my schedule. Carlo promptly put a hold on my mails and was able to intercept my package and hand delivered it to me at the post office. He was responsive and acted promptly during this entire process, I really appreciate what the staff did for me today. Can't thank you enough , Carlo and staff!”

“We went here to submit my wife's application for a passport after she attained citizenship. Unlike in the valley, plenty of slots are available for passport appointments. On top of that, the lady was on top of the requirements for application like she has been doing this for years, she was very thorough.”

“I dropped off an important letter for certified mail and they ended up losing it. However the manager was apologetic and told me that they were truly sorry and they try to hit the 100% percent mark and that they would refund me for it. Which they ended up doing! The service was great and he came out right away and even investigated what happened. The service was quick for sending out a letter! It cost almost $5 for certified mail.”

“I always get my packages and find staff funny and friendly. So many reviews about mail carriers...im reviewing the post office itself where my PO box is and where I send packages. The staff do the best they can. There have been many funding cuts to public services of all kinds including the Post Office. Having worked at a similar agency myself, I give props to folks who do more than their share on an anemic budget!”
