So today June 22, I went to the store to try to send money to Mexico, as I walked in I asked the lady that works there is the Jewelry store in Hanford are the same owners then she responded No is not, the reason I asked is because the store in Hanford has better exchanged rate, then I said ok it’s find I’ll still wanted to send the money, I handed the money to the worker then she picked the money up and looked to my face and asked me SO do you still want to send the money in here or go to the one in Hanford, I was liked if I really wanted to go Hanford to send the money I wouldn’t handed the money from the beginning, I answered the lady you know what just give me my money money back then I said with this poor customer service I will never go back. The owner are really nice people and very helpful but this lady killed it, with people like her they will loose a lot clients

Took my new watch in to replace battery. When I went to pick it up the owner told me that she wasn't able to put it back together because the top was glass. She requested I return back and she would have her husband put the watch together. She mentioned that the watch appeared to be scratched in a few places & pointed them out. After I left, I realized that the watch was brand new & I didn't recall those scratches furthermore if that would have been the case, they would have wrote down on the receipt they gave when I dropped it off, that the watch was damaged.. Today I went to pick up the watch & the top glass was broken. I told the owner that the watch was brand new & remember her stating it was scratch but that was not the case. She refuse to admit that she broke it. This was very disappointing. It was not an expensive watch and if it was an accident I would have understood and just live with a simple apology. As a result of her dishonesty, they lost a customer. I will never return & will not recommend anyone.

This jewelry store sells junk, I have both sterling silver from Khols and Ross rings and they did not turn brown, I've had the ring from Ross for about 7 years n I paid like 11.99 it's still shinny, the ring I bout from Maria's jewelry was 120.00 dollars n after 2 mo. Started to turn brown , they sold me junk.....Don't go here, the owner lady is rude too.... Bad customer service..
