Stay away from this store. They sell those fake Chinese products and don't take returns. That's a bad business practice. I think the FTc should look into Cricket business practice. People are being scammed by this company. Employee are unprofessional,rude and dishonest. Bought SD card which says it was 128 G.The actual space on the card is 31.9G. Big difference. Gave another card which was 116G.Those racist girls thought I I wanted to scammed the store until they tested the card and found it was fake. Never going to have any thing to do with this store. Employee are dishonest,racist and unprofessional.

The customer service at this store is amazinggg! They greeted me & were super helpful as soon as I walked in the store... they made sure I was taken care of & had no issues with my service when I left the store.

Cricket Wireless is probably one of the best cell phone carriers there is. With them you can't go wrong. But, something to be said about the individual stores. This one is one of the ones that something needs to be said about. Most locations are curtiouse enough and will get you what you need need & informative enough to keep you up-to-date on the latest products and accessories. Now, Kings Wirelss Cricket Authorized Retailer in Lemoore California!! Absolutely hands down the rudest customer service representatives to represent an outstanding company to date! I would go into details further however I've already tried and there's not enough texting room to inform you on the stupidity and downright rude behavior this store presents.
