Stopped in on our way to Fresno. Met Micah working as a cashier and he was super friendly and helpful. Nice to run into someone so friendly. Really was a great way to start our family trip merging someone who was so helpful.

I've never been a fan of this 7-11 on account of the aggressive and rude franchisee, but today was really the nail in the coffin. I stopped in to grab a water bottle, and was in line behind a black business owner (contractor of some sort). AFTER he had purchased fuel for one of his employee's work vehicles, the clerk demanded (not asked, demanded LOUDLY) to see the man's ID and credit card. Mind you, the clerk had not done this to the previous white/hispanic customer nor have I ever been asked to present my ID for card purchases in the past. While the man did comply, when he questioned the clerk about it as he had done business there many times before without that happening, the clerk became heated and started shouting at the man. I count myself blessed to live in California where racism is far more rare than people make it out to be, so it was shocking and disappointing to see it take place right in front of me this morning. I set down my items and walked out of that store. I'd encourage ANYONE to avoid doing business at this 7-11. Use the AmPm across the way or the 7-11 across town instead. I for one won't be putting one more cent into the hands of this franchisee so long as the racist clerk I saw the morning of 12/7 is still working there.

Bought a bottle of nyquil, was overcharged, when I brought this to the attention of the employee I was told that I would have to come back the next day for a refund of MY money since his boss wasn't there. So if I want MY money back, I have to drive back to the store at their convenience lol. What a joke.

The cashier was rude and did not acknowledge my presence i had to ask for a bag 5 times i guess he expected me to cary out 6 energy drinks by hand i nearly canceled my transaction and just walked out it will be quite some time before i return to that location

Cashier wears gloves, handles money and coffee lids. Not a COVID protocol. When my husband told him not to touch the cofee lid.. the owner got mad. Small cofee is 1.99. Go across the street ARCO, 1 dollar for any size and more choices.
