I hired Craters and Freighters (Matt) to build four crates for shipping delicate items. They built the most awesome crates that were perfect, super strong, indestructible, and padded to protect my items to the MAXIMUM. More to the point... their employees packaged the items inside the crates with due care and made sure the items were protected at every step of the way! When you need a "pro's" pro call them for sure!!!

This is my second time to have a need for art to be created and the team at Craters & Freighters was awesome as usual. They were on time, professional, and cleaned up before they left the job site. I Definitely recommend them for your Art or other precious items that need special handling.

Christian was excellent and really helped me work around the difficulties of getting a huge piece shipped internationally. Since I’m not even in town he has organized pick up and drop off of the crate and really helped me make this work.

Excellent service at an outstanding price! It was my first time ever shipping a pair of large loudspeakers via freight, and C&F made it easy. Contracting out was very straightforward, all conducted via email - with communication back and forth quite solid. Driver & assistant showed up early, did all the heavy lifting, and even helped me pack up one of the speakers which I hadn't finished yet. If you need help with freight logistics - go with C&F and their highly competitive prices: you don't get what you pay for - you get so much more!

This is a fantastic company to work with. They co-ordinated to have my family heirloom rifle display case picked up, over engineered and built a custom crate that protected the case, arranged shipping and delivery without a hitch. Totally awesome service at a more than reasonable price. I will definitely use them in the future.

Great customer service by agents, but managers are lying and scandalous. If you think you’re getting your money’s worth then look no further to the scammers of crating and freighting. Spoke with the shipping company and they rejected my inside delivery without consent.
