FAMILY REFERRAL. THEY have been coming here for years apparently. ME? I've been standing here 37 minutes yet to be acknowledged. Not even a "whasup"? Been watching this thousand year old dude that MIGHT work here eat chips and continue to walk past me. He's obviously dead inside and I can't blame him by what I see. Last second of morbid curiosity after he said "pull in" I asked if they took cards. OF COURSE NO! Not even expecting 2 star customer service going in... I get it... this place looks barely operational... but give me SOMETHING and got nothing from this waste of a guy. Obviously the transaction was not completed.

Terrible experience. The staff was incredibly rude and displayed blatant racism, making me and others feel extremely unwelcome. On top of that, their customer service was abysmal—unhelpful and dismissive. It’s clear that this company does not value or respect all of its customers. Avoid this company at all costs.

Definitely not the place to go when you got an older vehicle, they'll fail you and send you to a smog referee

Bad service from the staff. They are disrespectful and judge people, please hire people better suited to customer service since those who are there are disrespectful and give bad service.

The gentleman looked like he didn't know what he was doing. Poor customer service. I would not come back here, low price = no knowledge or expertise.

Got a bad vibe from this guy, he was very aloof and didn't read me when I came in, I had to ask him questions about the smog, even before getting my vehicle small he mentioned that it looks like it might fail, so I just left, people you may want to consider going somewhere else

First of all my vehicle passed the smog test evap etc, as far as Catalytic converters my vehicle has 2, I had one replaced before taking my vehicle to this shop obviously the numbers on the new one was visible no problem reading, the guy was able to verify the numbers with just his mirror and flashlight, but he could not see the numbers on the old cat with his mirror and flashlight, and he didn't have a jack or lift onsite and said it was tampered out of frustration, and failed me, he referred me to a smog referee, which i never heard of, after months of driving with expired tags and frustration smog ref verified numbers without a problem vehicle passed no problem the guy @ this should retire

Great service at a reasonable price, called around for a smog on an older car 1994 and this place was the best price. Service was fast and professional will definetly recommend and continue to bring my cars here

Went in for a smog check and got a smog check. They only take cash. Otherwise you'll have to walk down the street to the ATM while they do your car.
