Called at 6am was told 90 minutes. 6 hours later after they were lying saying mechanic was stuck in traffic the mechanic called and said hey I'm done with my other job after 6 hours and said I'm 90 minutes away do you want me to still come. Wow crazy

The company is horrible soon you signed the work order they gonna charge you whatever they want to charge. We agree on $350 but the owner/company charge me $666.66 I ended up paying it because I believe in Karma. They do monkey business specially when you dont have a choice.

100$ a day and closed on the weekends and still charge my car was there for 2 days and want to charge me 1,000$ to take it out and on top of that it’s an old Honda worth less than that total rip off they can keep it.

If you need a tow ASK FOR RED he's and older gentleman but he's very nice and very good and driving. He's quick to arrive and quick to get you to your destination. 10/10 I would call this place first then other tow companies.

Lee the dispatcher and Brandon the driver were great. I owe them big. These two people actually care about others. I am a nurse, so customer satisfaction is important to me, and they delivered. Called AAA at 10pm, told I would have Edmonds towing at 1115. Then it became 1230am. Then nobody came or even cared. Just left us hanging on the side of the road with a blown tire. So I took it upon myself to start calling around at 430am about ready to have a panic attack. Lee said they work with aaa but never received a call ALL NIGHT.. so she gives me their station # and I had to call aaa to have them send her the call. She had poor Brandon up and out of bedat 5am and he was there fast. He loaded my jeep jk up very safe and professional and is a good guy. Im sorry others have had bad experiences. Stay on the ball panorama and get those 5 stars! Thanks again for me and my family!

Do not use this shop I had 1 tire changed on a job site charged me $2300.00 crazy. I have a small water truck it wasn’t a mechanic it was a tire guy it took 30 min to install you charged me 4 hours at 200.00 an hour

This review is about the scamming services of Panorama Truck Repair & Towing Service from Lebec, CA. Our semi truck broke down 3 miles away from their facility and a mechanic showed up in 90 minutes to fix a simple coolant line with a piece of silicone hose and few gallons of coolant. But then we received the bill for $1949.85 which was outrageous for such an easy job! When we called the office looking for an explanation, the lady with an attitude started screaming at us and threatening us that she will send a tow truck if we don't pay the bill. We tried to calm her down but she just kept on going until she eventually hung up on us. To top it all off, our driver was blocked by their mechanic truck while trying to get an explanation regarding the bill! We would strongly recommend that everyone stay away from this company as it appears they overcharge customers and have no intention of providing any reasonable customer service. Their mechanic arrived late and once he finished fixing our problem, he didn't even bother to check if everything was ok before leaving us with such an exuberant bill. Furthermore, the personnel at their office are downright rude and unhelpful when questioned about their services or fees. Avoid this place like the plague!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Panorama Truck Repair & Towing Service from Lebec, CA. From the moment I called to inquire about their services, it was obvious that the customer service was not a priority for them in any way whatsoever. The lady with whom I spoke on the phone was rude and condescending right away and threatened us if we didn't pay $1949.85 for a simple hose and coolant line job, complete with labor charges at an outrageous rate. We asked to speak to someone more reasonable but were told they were not available. When our semi truck broke down 3 miles away from the facility, we were stuck waiting over an hour and a half before the mechanic finally showed up and did the repairs in just 25 minutes - all while charging us an astronomical fee. As if that weren't enough, when we tried to leave, they had blocked us in with their own truck.It is clear that this company has no regard for customer service or fair business practices as evidenced by my experience with them as well as several other stories I have heard about this company. Save yourself the time and money – stay far away from Panorama Truck Repair & Towing Service! I would highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs due to their extremely poor customer service and unreasonable prices for even simple maintenance jobs. They are not worth your time or money and would be wise to look elsewhere for vehicle repair services.

BEWARE!!! I WISH I COULD LEAVE NEGATIVE STARS THESE PEOPLE ARE INCONSIDERATE THIEFS!! Not only are these people thief's but they're the most inconsiderate disrespectful and absolutely disgusting "company" I have ever dealt with! My trucks drivetrain fell off going through the grapevine so we had to immediately pull over from the fast lane to the left, we were in a very dangerous location and we were extremely scared so we started calling tow trucks to see who could get us help ASAP. Came across these people and didn't have time to look at any reviews so we called them up the phone operator KEN told me the price would be $750 asked me if my payment was going to be cash or card I said cash he said he'd send someone over asap. So far we were extremely grateful regardless of that total rip off of a price. They were the only ones who could come in 20 min so we were willing to OVERPAY to get out of there as soon as we could. The driver gets here and he was the only respectful person I dealt with from their "company", the problem begins here when he tells me he needed the cash up front which WAS NOT communicated to me over the phone! I own my own business as well and I'd never think about not properly communicating how payment is received and that was when the issues began! How a tow truck company could choose to be so negligent and unprofessional in that matter is completely beyond me well, I didn't have the complete cash on me and that's when Ken tells the driver he can only take me to the next exit (1 mile away) for the $170 I do have on me while "someone else brings me the rest of the $$"? I asked if I could give him my card over the phone then and he tells me "now it'll be $850 since we have to backtrack in order to take your card payment" what kind of gross scam is this to these people seriously? Even then I tried to kindly talk to ken and ask him to take me to the next exit but he said "you know what if you don't like it we'll just leave" at that point I was completely over it. They ended up leaving us stranded and honestly I cannot believe there's people like this out there on the grapevine knowing how dangerous conditions get and still choosing to scam potential clients and even going as far as leaving us!! An hour later we found a true gem who came to our rescue for half the price "edmonds towing" may god bless them. As for this trash, please save yourself not only the money but the absolute struggle because they will leave you, they do not care and are only in it for the money. We are now safe at home but a company like this will never have true success because their values and principles are skewed. Good luck in life to that operator ken, you are a nasty piece of work but karma takes care of what we won't. Glad to know you at least wasted your time for no money coming all the way to where we were.
