Called metro to get a breakdown of the charges. They stated phone, taxes with no activation fee. Called this store, spoke to a representative name Marcos. Marcos said they have the iPhone 12 in stock. Came in, first tried to sell me accessories. Thankfully, he wasn't pushy. Then, tried o add a $99 activation fee. I told him what metro customer service said and he said ha HAS to charge what his computer shows. Then I agree and said I'll call and handle the issue with metro. He then randomly goes to the back of the store and comes back. All of a sudden, he talked to a coworker who said that someone already paid for the phone and could no longer sell it. Then said also all of a sudden he may not have to charge the activation fee..except that the phone was sold. It's obvious that the phone wasn't sold, they are out to scam people and when he realized he couldn't scam me then he made up a story. He said he's the manager by the way.

Bought a charger from this location. When I found my original charger that I thought I lost, I went to return it only to find out that their return time frame is only 14 days instead of the industry standard 30 days. Do yourself a favor and purchase your charger at a retailer with a better Return policy. Also finding parking at this location is very difficult, since it has a small parking lot.

I recently purchased a phone at this store. My experience doing so was smooth. Then i ran into problems with a person i shared my metro account with. We shared the account to save money but unfortunately sharing the account caused too many headaches and when i tried to get out of the partnership with this person she became worse she cancelled my phone so that i lost my number for good she even had corporate metro lock my phone. The employees at this location saved the day by offering me a new warranty phone and giving me a new number that i like better. So thanks to the employees here my nightmare situation has been rectified to a sweet experience. It has been somewhat satisfying to see my ex partner on the account squirm when she found out my suffering from her evilness has been cut short . So thanks again to these guys life's good

Bryan got me a great deal on an iPhone 12 that i wasn't able to find at any other store. he was very helpful and explained how that phone worked in detail. I've never owned one and I'm very glad i chose this location for my purchase

We came super excited to buy a phone and were immediately met with rude behavior. The guy with the pink short hair that was there was very abrasive. I did not feel welcomed. My husband and I were looking at camera quality and comparing it and as we were talking he interrupted us for the third time and condescendingly said could I help you guys actually and basically asks us why we are here if we aren't going to need help??? Then wrongly accused us of using bad language.

The manager he will over charge you. Before you pay for anything here compare prices with other Metro PCS in the area. Avoid this place!

Desperate or deceptive? The manager tried to charge me 17. for a sim card that costs only 11. at any other Metro PCS. He also refused to sell me the sim card at that ridiculous price if I didn't pay an additional $25 for new phone activation. Other Metro PSC stores encouraged me to waive the fee by calling customer service. Avoid these scams and rip offs. Compare prices with other Metro PCS who care more about customer services. I will be reporting this Metro PCS to Consumer Watch Dog groups. Beware!
