A week ago I paid to have a new battery installed in my A22. It's still not done and the store can't tell me why. All they say is "let me check on it. It should be ready tomorrow" How many tomorrows metro?

Poor customer service, unhelpful service. Rather drive 50 miles away to a different T mobile store. Poor staff poor Management.

I wish I could give them 0. I went there on a Saturday night with my family and every employee on the 4-6pm shift treated us like trash. The Walmart version of stranger things Steve looking teenager took down our information for phone trade ins. We wanted to figure out T-Mobile's deal for Black Friday. They took down our phone information and the sassy black manager told us to come back in 20 minutes. When we did there was only one customer being served and 3 employees that could have helped us. We waited 20 minutes inside the store while getting ignored. The sassy black manager only talked to us to interrupt us from complaining to the representatives that we were supposed to be helped already stating that his sells man was "taking a lunch break" at 4:30??!?. He talk down to my family and acted like we were being impatient for complaining about waiting to get help for an hour. It got so late at the store that Walmart Steve left and ended his shift before we were able to have questions answered. We asked him what was going on as he was leaving and his manager yelled at us saying that we would be helped at soon as possible. We responded that you promoted us that over an hour ago. Then Walmart Steve said I don't care I'm going home. We only needed information that they could look up on a computer or someone to review trade back policy. The rep Joseph that eventually came out looked like a rejected member of the show impractical jokers. He acted like a used cars salesman, shady and dishonest. We asked about the Black Friday deal and he offered us a deal that was going on months before Black Friday and argued with us that a deal on Black Friday is a BF even though it's always around. Everyone was so nasty at the store that my family was telling me to cancel our T-Mobile plan. I had to convince them to calm down. It's like they lied to us about having sales and made us wait an hour to find outThese employees are a pitiful representation of the company. And they should all be fired. I'm taking my business to ATT out of spite. **** all of you that work here

Excellent service offered at this location! I went in to get help with some issues regarding my phone and they got resolved in a timely manner. Alma, was especially helpful in guiding me and figuring out the issue!

AMAZING service! i came in the other day with my phone all broken and the girl kayla was able to get EVERYTHING on my phone for such a low price she even got my contacts and pictures all sent over to my new one

Run away from this store. I was told that if I upgraded my new accounts to Magneta MAX I would be eligible for two promotions, so I said sure. Turns out I was NOT eligible for either promotion. After 3 trips back to the store, the manager refused to make any changes to my account. So now I have a cell bill which is $76/month higher than what I was quoted. Basically, these people have no idea what they are doing; however, T mobile does not seem to care, probably because they are making money: at my expense.

Had read a previous review that this store has lied to customers, but didn't really believe it: until it happened to me! I was offered 2 promotions when I signed up and neither promo showed up on my bill. I have returned to the store several times to complain to the manager and was told sorry, but they do not give any refunds. Have filed a complaint against them with the FCC. Any store would be better than this one.

Don't waste your time coming to this place. Very un-trained people with bad costumer service and dont forget liars. We stopped by to get a new phone with new line. We were there for 1 hour just because they don't know what to do. They still need to call 611 to set up new line. After 1 hour of being there, they told us that the phone we wanted is not in stock.. why not say it at the very beginning!!! Then they said if we agreed the phone to be deliver it will be deliver 2-3 days.. paid everything and went home! But good thing husband check our account and found out that phone was schedule to be deliver next month! We came back to this store and they just told us they CAN'T help us with our problem!.. they told us to call 611 ourselves to fix the problem! how stupid that is!!!

Business is permanently closed. Don't waste your time trying to do any type of business here, store is no longer in service. Probably for the best since service was lacking for anything other than new device sales.
