Very clean store and well Stocked. I used the self check out and it was a little bit of a wait because some of the customers using it didn't know what they were doing but the young man watching over it was very polite and helpful and he even told me to have a nice day.

Whoever made the decision to move the entire store all over the place was not thinking about the customer experience whatsoever. Very annoyed and frustrated. Couldn’t find stuff I needed, I said, “screw it” I’m going somewhere else to spend my money. It’s really unfortunate, because I love the employees here. Management, get it together. The organization makes absolutely no sense at all.

I am 75 years old woman who has a hip replacement and knee surgery with 11 screws. I use can to walk. When I go shopping I use the cart to walk safely.
Anyways, I went shopping yesterday to get milk but I saw other items which was on sale using the digital coupons.
I went to the counter. I had my phone ready with my email which had the coupons.
This agent, quickly scared everything and asked me to pay . I told her "you didn't even ask me if I have coupons ".
I showed her the coupons..but wasn't able to find couple of other coupons...she got really irritated with me and asked her bagging girl to help me. She finally used the coupons I guess but her face looked not nice.
She kept saying you should have the coupons ready otherwise don't come to the line. I didn't say word. I didn't want want to argue and I was upset and asked to cancel the transaction. I just got the milk.
That cashier asked the begging girl to take the cart away from me with grocery in it.
I felt like crying because it will be very hard for me to walk.
Without saying anything I walked away crying milk with my broken leg without a support.
I was in software support for more than 25 + years.
I went through so many classes to learn how to treat and talk to customers and help them out in their needs.
I don't thing she knows meaning for words like sympathy or empathy...
She humiliated me in front of other customers.

This has to be one of the worst stores in the area. Their customer service is really bad, and they never have enough people at the registers, so they always have long slow lines. Prices are way more expensive than target, which is only 5 minutes away.

Service great, unfortunately there's not much in the isles when they have to restock and move stuff around. Most likely short staffed, but the few employees are great!!!

Customer service here sucks tbh I had someone sell me a pack of beers knowing my id was expired and then next day says it's policy funny part is the worker next to her was the one who checked my ID saying whoever it was didn't do there job like yeah it was your co worker next to you

Cashier Sonia was pleasant and professional in handling a busy long line on a Sunday since the self checkout was all closed down. Appreciate the friendly service.

My mother has been going to the store for 20 years she is now 67 years old and has COPD and uses oxygen last time she went shopping she was not even offered help out to her car today's generation is so different breaks my heart that my mother didn't get any help

Good people and great service. I return to this location for some of the best service and to avoid some of the crime ridden locations other than Lathrop. It's worth the drive to Lathrop to go shopping.
