I had a cabin filter replaced. They did not clean out the leaves. They only put the filter in. It would have clogged up again in no time. Very sloppy and insufficient work. Very disappointed

Called the parts department to get price on an engine. Someone picked up the phone and immediately placed me on hold without saying anything. This is a place of business where they want someone to spend thousands of dollars not hundreds but thousands and they can't picked up the phone and at least say "thank you for calling "????

Great sales team.I made an appt with Felipe Torres upon my arrival he greeted me.We took a moment to get acquainted and talked about the online offer ( what brought me in ) he brought a vehicle up to the showroom ( great it was 114 that day) for me to examine as he went over Tundra SR5 equipment.During the time looking at the truck Kevin Carraway came over to see how I was doing and to let me know that if there was any thing he assist with to let him know. I've spoken to Kevin on several other occasions to get info on my lease options we arm wrestle to a tie bhe lets me know that when I'm ready he'll be there to help. So the first truck was ok but it just didn't do it.So Felipe and I talked a little more about the difference between my Tacoma and the firstTundra.Kevin checked back to if I had ( arm wrestled Felipe LOL). At that point Kevin and Felipe spoke about other trucks in stock. Felipe bruoght in another Tundra Limited very well equipped. Felipe suggusted a test ride and when we returned he showed me the difference between the Tundras and how everythig works. Kevin came back with offer but we wrestled again another offer was brought out and the deal was made ( He kept his word to help when ever I was ready). Felipe took the truck to get it ready. I waited while finance got the paperwork ready. I was introduced to Jamie and we started filling out the paperwork as she explained each page/section. We talked and laughed all while the documents were signed. Felipe greeted me and went more into detail of the equipment on my new truck.
