“Hey I'm real sorry for the ugly review I left. I probably forgot to take my psych meds. Or maybe it wasn't actually me. I have no recollection of writing this review and my accounts were compromised. Access providers likeT-Mobile, and Metro. AllGoogle andyoutube, credit cards, bank accts. Also business numbers and the subsequent leads. Not to mention $10,000+ in lost and stolen merchandise and tools or machines. The reason I'm saying this is maybe it was this person or group of persons who have pretty much targeted me for what, I did not know. Now it seems obvious why they would target me, ....that was a disappointing reflection of character and anyone who read that would think so as well, irregardless of fact or fiction in the recounting of details....I would not care to make acquaintance with myself. And how is my opinion of Metro now. Metro is pretty good all around. My experience is that they're really not terrible on anything and some things are pretty great. Good service, and really, I can say after having way too many dealings w different access providers so”

Very quick process, great selection of phones and accessories, extremely helpful, very clean store and all Covid regulations were being followed completely but respectfully!!! “Yea he's cool but you could get it done cheaper at the Walmart on valley central way he charges to much the thing he was charging me 100$ for the people in the Walmart on valley central way charged 75$ but he's still good at what he does. He has good service to your in and out but that's any phone shop really. And he has a nice selection of phones all though they expensive as hell might as well just buy a whole new one but I digress.”

“Great service and great people.The charging port on my iPad stopped working and Marcello was quick to fix the issue by replacing the port itself. For some reason after receiving the fixed iPad it began to malfunction again. So I took it in to Marcello. He was kind enough to identify the problem and fix the issue once again free of charge. It was greatly appreciated. Thorough and excellent service.”

“I've had good experiences at this store in which the staff has been able to effectively resolve my phone issues. However, I had an incident with an employee here recently. My issue started with a broken hot spot that I had gotten a replacement for. The Metro PCS phone customer service was attempting to charge me $50 to activate the replacement. I decided to try to get the activation done at the store. A woman with long eyelashes told me they couldn't activate the hotspot. I would have to call customer service again. I told her about my previous experience and the attempt to charge me. She said they were going to have to charge me regardless. I went to my car and called customer service. The phone rep was able to activate the hotspot without charging me. I went into the store to let the woman know that I had managed to activate the hotspot without getting charged so that she would know the next time someone came in with a similar issue. She was assisting a pair of customers with an activation. Another employee asked if she could assist. I said I needed to speak to the other woman, but I could wait until she was finished. She said she was about to go to lunch. I said that what I needed to tell her would only take a minute, but I would wait until she was finished with her customers. After 10 minutes, she finished with her customers and went directly into the back room. I waited a few more minutes, but she did not return. I asked the other employee if she had just gone to clock out for lunch. She said that she had actually clocked out 10 minutes earlier, but stayed to finish up those customers. "I tried to tell you." This raises some questions. Is this store forcing the employees to work through their lunch? Did she volunteer to keep working, even though the other employee could have taken over for her? (There were no other customers in the store.) Was the employee avoiding me because she thought I was going to yell at her? I don't know because I had already left. Good customer service includes listening to your customers, even if you think you're not going to like what they say.”

“My family and I went to Verizon last night to switch over from T-Mobile. I must admit I’ve never had such a pleasant experience at a phone company. The atmosphere was very welcoming, Javier was extremely kind and knowledgeable he got us a great deal. He was extremely patient with us. We also got assisted by his manager who was very kind as well. My family and I thank you both so much for the experience we had and the laughter.I would definitely recommend asking for Javier when you go in!”

“Great store. The store is never gross like Walmart, the employees aren't unhappy&rude like at Walmart&their products are great. Except their clothing that has completely gone to crap regarding style&texture. The slushes made target the best! So with the horrible clothing&a Starbucks (that's more expensive than the one across the street) takes the 5 stars down to a 4.”

Where usually I had to explain the promotion to the employee, he knew exactly what I needed and gave me the best deal possible. Best customer service I've had at a Walmart.”
