If you a apply a for a house with them they will take almost 2 weeks and them after that even you being the first one to apply with all the qualifications the owner of house that you are applying is that which chose whatever he thinks is of his interest and say that it’s not that you got rejected is just that the owner like somebody application more. Don’t waste your time with this company

I Called Stephen B. Marvin to get a quote for a Commercial Auto Policy, and the Guy i Spoke to didn't even try to help me, Just said look i don't want to waste your time," if you got a quote with someone else, maybe you should go with them" As if i wasn't worth his Time. Would I recommend even a Phone call to this Office if you are looking for a quote? No I Would NOT.

We called Stephen B Marvin to request a commercial general liability, commercial auto and worker’s compensation quote for our non emergency medical transportation business, talked to Michael from commercial lines and he literally asked me to Google a company who specializes on this class of risk. I asked him if they have Berkshire Hathaway who is a carrier that specializes on this class of risk, he said yes however he continued to refer me to Google. I guess he didn’t want our business $$$$$$.

We have been with Stephen B Marvin Insurance for quite a while now, and they provide insurances for all of our small business needs. Michael Viboch and Leslie Simmons are our agents that we have worked with over the years. They are both an absolute pleasure to work with, especially Leslie. She is constantly providing excellent customer service and is always prompt with requests and I'm never having to wait long for requested documents. From time to time we have our little chats about our work week, weekends, and vacations and its nice getting to know each other on both a personal and professional level - I look forward to these chats.
