Excellent work and service. I've been using B's for many years. I've had patches made and sewn on and have never been disappointed. Bev and Shelly are very personable , professional and are wonderful to work with. Highly recommended.

Very very happy with the t-shirts I asked to have printed. Good quality shirts, design was perfect, price was awesome. Customer service was excellent through the whole process and the job was done ahead of schedule. The owner even checked with me afterward to make certain I was satisfied! I'm a customer for life.

I had a custom jacket made for my boyfriend. The staff was AMAZING in their attention to detail. If someone didn't pick up the phone, I left a message and got a call right back. I was given a "proof" of my design before it was printed and the quality is superb! I am so excited to give my boyfriend the custom jacket I had made for him. Thank you B's I will never go anywhere else!

Don’t always go by bad reviews. My experience with Beth and her staff was awesome! Very friendly, courteous, very helpful and knowledgeable! Looking forward to bringing more work their way ???

I bought My Children MK Backpacks for the upcoming school year, and they wanted their names on their backpacks. So B’s Embroidery & Printing made it happen. Great Customer Service, Trustworthy and Everyone is Friendly. They made Me feel welcome. My children and I are very pleased with the results. Thank you!

They saved my life. I decided to get my graduation sash embroidered TWO days before graduation. I called them and they said they can make it happen but it would be a small fee, which at that point I didn't mind. They were so helpful in choosing the font styles and the size. They even texted me a picture of how it's going to look before they started to embroider it. They were so sweet and my sash came out beautifully. *I blocked out my last name for privacy purposes*

I had a horrible experience here as an employee. I believe i was fired unfairly & that the owners Beth and Bob treated me poorly. They hired me in the beginning of May & agreed to pay me $16/hr as a full time Graphic Artist also doing Print Production and more. i had a week of training and felt like everything was going great until I started to notice weird comments Beth would make to me, once about my passport not sufficing (false) & then about our work; any mistakes made were solely my fault, according to her, and she got extra particular about the way she wanted me, specifically, to do things. Shelly, the office manager, was amazing and treated me very kindly and respectful, as i believe i did to her. Caesar, the embroiderer, and Letty, were very kind and hard working. They never once had a complaint about me or treated me the way both Beth and her husband did. Once, i got sick and they acted strangely towards me when i had to call out 1 day. i told her i would be in the rest of the days but she insisted that i don't come. I was confused and began to see the employee (she was very nice too), who i had replaced, coming around a lot more to "help train" me, even though she thought i was getting the hang of things very well, as did i. If anything it caused more chaos and confusion having two people do things at once. i found out later (when Beth and Bob took me into their office for the last time) that Beth didn't want me to come in because she "couldn't pay everyone." Since she hired me to be a full-time employee, that made no sense to me, and seemed strange. I felt unwanted, like Beth & Bob maybe just couldn't pay me what they agreed to so they wanted to take some of my hours or possibly get rid of me. Beth constantly brought her personal life into work and took it out on me even when i was doing everything well. Since i was new they had someone to blame, and they never once told me i was doing a good job. I let them both continue to make me feel like s*** for mistakes and mishaps that were not my fault, and was given no chances to redeem myself to them since they tried to have the other girl come in & do my work. I thought i was doing a great job; even my coworkers seemed to like having me around to help. My last day of work i came in at 8:55am & started working right away. Around 11am they called me into that office, and i already knew something weird was going to happen. Beth told me that i wasn't trustworthy because i MADE AN EMPTY FOLDER in the "Customer Files" with my own name on it. She said i uploaded something as well but i did not. I did not touch the folder again after that day. Both her and Bob said that i could be fired because i did this. (The reason i even did it, like two weeks after my first day, was because i got excited & wanted to eventually buy something from them to have it made. I never intended to do this without permission, and frankly it would have been impossible for me to.) When i said i was sorry, i wouldn't do it again, & started to say how i felt that was unfair, Bob lost control. He said i was arguing and being disrespectful, when i was not, and said to my face, "I do not care what you think, this is OUR business. i'm done this isn't going to work out" & walked out. Even though this was my first time hearing about this rule of theirs. I said i was just confused & felt a lot of unnecessary stress. After this happened Beth and Bob proceeded to fire me, give me my last two checks, & Beth made me stand outside their building waiting for my ride for 15 minutes in the hot sun. It all seems so insane to me. I was treated so poorly by them. I did not once disrespect anyone there. I do not recommend going to B's, but if you do please remember that the employees are amazing. The owners are not. I really wanted to work there and felt like i could fit in but they showed me they do not know how to treat their employees, especially new ones & i don't want this too h
