Called all around for someone to do my brakes and nobody would touch my car {Audi} so finally I found this place on google decided to give this place a call and I had free pleasure to talk to a kind man name joe he said he'll do it bring in down so I did and with all respect this man is a very honest sincere man . He's very polite And kind and honest about whatever questions you have . I highly recommend this guy and this place He was fast courteous and friendly I am a very proud customer. Hands down to this man JOE THWNK U SO MUCH When all others turned me away you stepped up god bless

Was calling around for a leak fix. Person I called was booked. Called Joe he said bring it in. Luckily no leak. Had a few other minor things he took care of. It's hard to find people these days not out to overcharge or stack on stuff. As evident when he was finished he gave me the total and I said "That's it!" Everything was done quick and efficiently and he just a cool a** dude. Only place I'll be coming. If you see this and need auto repair, this it the only place I'd be recommending.

Hands down this auto shop is the very BEST. He not only saved me around $700, he was prompt and a very humble man with great customer service. I dropped my car off Saturday, it was a long task at that. He went in on his off day on a Sunday to get my car to me so I wouldn’t have to wait until Monday for no. additional charge. This is a great shop! They open early, stay late, and get the work done. The owner, Joe, personally worked on my vehicle. He was friendly & professional. He keeps a super clean shop too and has top of the line equipment. You can tell he's invested for the long-term & takes his business seriously. I appreciate his integrity & more-than-fair pricing. I will be coming back for all of my automotive needs!

Came in at 8:30am at opening. They took my car right away! Friendly owner, Joe! Auto shop located off of Division and Nugent st. Found him via Snap Finance, and thru google map. As of 03-15-22, the A V Auto service has 27 reviews. 4.6 stars out of 5!I called the shop the day before, to ask if he works on Honda Accords. Possibility of an oil leak, and may need new seals. Right away they put the car on the lift to check for any obvious leaks from below and the top of the engine. Recommendations was an engine clean, to pinpoint any leaks. After a few hours, they found NO leak. Culprit was possibly the regular maintenance by the oil change shop spilling oil. Very happy that it was nothing major, and if it was.... I feel secure that they would do a great job. Please note, that cars are different with different issues and can take time for repair. I was lucky that it wasn't anything major!Parking is minimal, recommend coming early before the shop opens!

My ac was broken and I was concerned I was gonna be overcharged or oversold on what was wrong with it. The owner put me completely at ease! He showed me exactly where the leaks were coming from replaced them and I was in and out so quick! He was super nice and knowledgeable, I will only be coming here from now on for my car troubles and will only be recommending him. Honest and kind mechanics are hard to come by!

My husband and I bought both of our Honda's ,and the service and customer service was outstanding. We're happy to have found a new location that's pleasant and knows their work. Our cars were in and out. I appreciate how they tried different options trying to save us money first and not take advantage. My husband will be back tomorrow with his truck.God bless you all
