I’ve observed this establishment diligently working towards improving their customer satisfaction and quality of work. The owner is charismatic and charming and it’s clear to me that he deeply cares about his customers. The results speak for themself.I had a very important interview but didn’t have a clean suit and shirt for it. I needed a cleaners with quick turnaround and high quality of work. I WISH I would have read the Yelp reviews before I went here, I could have saved myself a bad experience. I went here because it was extremely close to my house, and I rarely dry clean anything so I figured, whatever's close is probably fine. The very first sign you see on their window is "SAME DAY SERVICE". Wow, cool. I drop my stuff off, find out they're cash or check only. Bummer, but I'm already here, so whatever. I'm there on a Monday, and the girl behind the counter says I can pick it up on Friday or Monday. Wait, what happened to the same day service?I ask her if it's because I came too late in the day, or because of the holiday (this was the week of thanksgiving, so I was willing to be understanding about any delays in service due to that), or... ?She said "no, we just don't do that anymore since Covid."It's been almost three years since Covid hit, don't you think you should take down the "SAME DAY SERVICE" sign if you no longer offer same day service?The lady was very dismissive of this, but whatever. I come to pick up my stuff on Friday. Only one of my two items is ready. "Oh, I tried to call you this afternoon to let you know your jacket wouldn't be ready until Monday, but you didn't pick up"Yeah, I was at work. Why didn't you leave a message?"Oh, uh. No, our phone doesn't do that"Doesn't do what? Let you leave a message?"Yeah"No not like a text message, a voicemail. "Yeah, our phone doesn't do that. It's weird."On top of all that, my shirt still smelled funky, and my jacket still had spots on it. I will say that they cleaned up the spot where I spilled food on my shirt, so they had to have done SOMETHING to clean the clothes. Wiped them with a damp rag, maybe?I will never ever ever ever ever ever come back here again. After reading the other Yelp reviews, I'm certain that this is a front for some sort of money laundering, because there is no way they would stay in business as a legit cleaners.

Horribly rude! I don't like to post negative reviews. I usually just keep that to myself and go on with my life. But this just really bothered me. I was parked out front of this store in a multi-business parking lot while at one of the businesses in the center. When I came out (after just 30 minutes mind you) a woman was blocking me in with her silver SUV with paper plates. I got in my car and decided to check emails for a minute and wait for her to leave. Within a few minutes a woman walks up to my window so I rolled it down to see what she wanted. She proceeded to ask me if I was "ever going to leave." I was shocked and told her yes, but there is a car blocking me in. She goes, "Yes, that's my car. I'm trying to run a business here and I need to park there [gesturing to my car]. I own that business [gesturing to the cleaners]. I'm just trying to find out if you're going to leave in one hour, two hours, or ever?" I told her I would move and that she doesn't have to be rude about it. She continued to block my car in so I stepped out of my car and had to tell her to move so I could get out. Annnnyway, the spot was marked with a green curb for short term parking, which I was using appropriately. It doesn't have her name on it. And honestly if you own the business, why would you park your own car out front (in short term parking all day nonetheless) and make customers park further away? There were other spaces available within 20-30 feet. I will NEVER give this place my business. So incredibly rude. If she's the owner's wife like other reviewers have mentioned, he should keep her away from his business. She's driving customers away. So sad.

The rudest lady works there and they want you to pay before you get your clothes back. They do a good job and they have a sign $2.50 for most garments. Shorts are $2.75 and have never been charged $2.50 on any garment. Then I went to pick up clothes, and clothes aren't ready.

I don't know why this person can't even smile. I brought her back the hangers that came from previous cleaning services. I also brought her business...I had 10 pcs of suit jackets for dry clean and I had to literally go thru all my purse pockets and my car to complete the cash amount to pay for the service. It's 2020, we're in California and they only accept cash or check payment!!!

Called several times with no answer and they didn't return calls. Comforter had several spots on it after cleaning. Brought it back next day. Sign on door shows open at 7I was there at 8:15 still closed.

I've been a customer for almost 10 years. The only person I've ever had an issue with is the owner's wife, who subs in when others can't make it....and she was there today when i came in. Today was the last straw. The coupon that was originally 1.25 is now $2, and her arbitrary/nonsensical enforcement of exclusions is problematic. When she told me today that my work pants were "jeans' (they're obviously not jeans) and thus ineligible for the coupon, she had the nerve to look at my order and tell me "it's not like I'm going to build a palace on this" when I pointed out that every other worker -- including her husband, y'know, THE OWNER, who seems like a good guy -- charges me the correct amount. You are correct, ma'am...because although my average order is $40 -50, I will NEVER spend another penny here. There are far too many other options available to be insulted by an arrogant woman so clearly outside of her element trying to nickel and dime a longtime customer.

I have been using Speedy Cleaners since I moved into the area in 2004. Today I wanted to speak with the owner about the charge for Summer Sun Dress which was $8.00. I was told by the clerk that the owner is never there (wrong answer). She attempted to refer me to their website www.yourspeedycleaners.com, I informed her the website has been down for some time. Bottom line, I will no longer be supporting this business.

I decided I am going to travel to a new cleaners. I literally just walk out of here this the last straw for me. So I tell the lady let me go to my car to get my phone to use the coupons she rings that s*** up I ask her so can I show you the coupons because I sign up she said oh no you have go home and come back I told her girl I could went to the car and came back if that the case. Like girl I told you I wanted to use it ! So why play d*** like you miss the words come out my mouth ....I been going here not only me my household and family who lives close go here but after this last pick in 3 days I'm done with them ... beware ! Don't do it to yourself ......

I was ready for pick up And pay they said sorry we don't accept debit cards Are you serious is this a Bussiness I had to go to an atm too withdraw cash .... Bussiness is not willing to accept a debit card then I would not take the Bussiness serious .. Would not go back .

This facility has a strict “printed coupon” policy only. Totally weird. Price is acceptable. Same as other cleaners. No need to go out of your way to patronize this.
