I came here after my dermatologist appointment and they were very helpful , 2 of my medications had to be approved by my insurance and I got approved that same day and they offered to deliver my medication which not a lot of places offer these services. They ensured I got my medication and explained to me how to take it. I would definitely recommend coming here. Especially if you hate run arounds they will 100% help you

The girls who work here don't know how to communicate. On 1/24/23, they told me it would be 15 minutes to pick up. Then it became another 15 minutes, which is fine. The problem is that I waited for over an hour for them to tell me that the medication would not be available until next week. Better yet, as I was trying to ask questions to get an alternative, they told me they were closed. I provided feedback as to what was originally said, and the girl behind the drop off window flat out lied and said she never said any of this. Need to work on your communication skills as well as your lip liner honey, cause you're out here looking goofy.

This pharmacy is the BEST pharmacy experience I’ve ever had!! Best customer service and everyone is so helpful. Regene is a pharmacist there and she goes out of her way to make sure each patient has a pleasant experience and gets what they need!!They also DELIVER to your home. I live approximately 90 miles away and come to the Long Beach/Lakewood area once a month to see my specialist physician. At times, if the pharmacy is out of my meds, they deliver it straight to my door!! (No Charge) I have been coming to Top Pharmacy for about 4 years now and I highly recommend them!! ??Please… give them your business. You won’t be sorry. Ask for Regene and tell them Pamela sent you! They will treat you right!! ❤️

This pharmacy is DANGEROUS! Do not use them. They will not deliver your medication on time, leaving you without the vital pills you need for days! And they won't care. Go to Yees in Long Beach.

I am so glad that I was lucky enough to find Top Pharmacy with amazing customer service. They work so hard to provide people's needs. Not only the store associates but the lady who delivers medicine is very nice and responsible to give my package in person to make sure that I am not losing my medicine. Thank you for your hard work!

Received wrong medication young lady in the front desk completely unprofessional very poor customer service skills and not dressed appropriately, although young ladies I spoke to first were kind I was not satisfied with the service of the one in the front desk.

Heard this pharmacy provides Covid booster as a walk in. I got a Pfizer booster vaccination and my arm is still sore a couple inches below the injections site almost a week later. The area was light red, swollen and itching but is now starting to subside. It is puzzling because I never had any adverse reactions from the first two Pfizer vaccinations.
