The manager was horrible !!! Bought a jacket on a regular wall no sale price , no discount sticker. All jackets were on sale like everything always is but sign never said nothing about no returns or all sales final. She never told me it was final sale when it was rung up. When I tried to return she said the receipt said final sale. I said you put the receipt in my bag so at any point how would I know it's final sale. ( but still courteous) been in retail a million years. She had to return a few receipts and she was kinda tossing them at me to where I said be nice and hand it to me. She had horrible horrible customer service.

Called the store to ask about an item in stock because I didn’t want to drive all the way over there to check. Someone picked up the phone and did not say anything and left the line open. I am still here and it’s been about more than 20+ minutes. It seems like they did that on purpose because the store was closing in about an hour and they didn’t want to hear the phone ring. Definitely disappointed with the over the phone customer service. I understand it gets busy and there’s long lines but a few minutes to pick up the phone and actually answer shouldn’t take long.

I needed a last minute dress for my sister in law wedding. I found 1 on their website that I really liked and available FAST SAME DAY IN STORE PICK-UP! Unfortunately, the only store that has the dress available is 1 hour away. Before heading to the store, I called to see what's happening with my order and a store associate tells me that my dress will be ready for pick-up in 2 days! I explained him that online it says same day pick-up and he apologized about that. Then I asked him if there is any in stock and he said that looks like there are 2 units in stock.I head over there and asked some Asian lady with bad looking teeth tells me in a rude way that the dress arrived but has not been packet out from the boxes and they don't know which box has it since they got 80 boxes to unpack!Are you kidding me! That's not my problem!WHY ARE YOU OFFERING ONLINE ORDERS WITH FAST, SAME DAY IN STORE PICK UP IF YOU CANT FULLFILL THE ORDER!!!Really bad customer service.

Update on my racist experience. Nothing was done. Neither the store manager or customer service did anything or ever contact me again regarding this bad experience. It was a misunderstanding between two employees and I got the worse of it. I was reminded that this was America and that we all make line here. I never said a word to her about waiting in line. She didn't like the fact that her co worker told her and took it on me. She is Asian as well as her manager. Definitely will never go to this or any for ever 21 because customer service did nothing at all not even a simple call to apologize on behalf of the company. How disappointing.

I absolutely can not stand the atmosphere of this store anymore. The workers don't speak when you walk in, they will walk right past you like you don't exist. There is no one working the floor to help you find anything.

They say that sometimes good comes out of a bad situation. I had a pick up order, so I showed up to the store and got in the line that was designated for pick ups. I didn't make much of it as a young African American lady was helping another customer, then she helped another and another and I kept getting ignored. I believe she called for back up from an Asian lady that apparently was a manager. Both of them ignored me until a young lady wearing a Bambi sweater let me know that I had to get in the regular line. I thanked her and got in line now to be ignored until I asked for help to which the manager mumbled something and walked away. I waited again for her to come back to not do anything but chit chat to another associate ignoring the long line without even addressing a single person that had been waiting. The lady with the Bambi sweater got called to help me with the pick up order by the manager. I was surprised, but she got right to it. She was very sweet and kind as she understood what had happened since I had been there for a while. She went to get the order and I was done within minutes. If only more of the employees and managers were like this young lady named Skylar/Skyler, maybe they wouldn't have so many bad reviews. It could have been a really bad experience, but it wasn't because that actually tried to help. It's not the first time she has helped me, I just didn't know her name and she is always very friendly which I appreciate. Had it not been for her, this review would have also been a 1 star. Thank you Skylar for not letting today's experience sour the day.

if i could give zero stars i most definitely would. the older asian lady, which is the manager, is very rude. i came to this store to try and get an exchange on a item, but she refused service to me. forever 21 please do better and hire managers who actually do their job right. that is why you guys are paying these people the pay that they get and without us your customers you guys wouldn't have business.

The assistant manager, Kelechi gave the best customer service. I drove to 3 different locations looking for a black dress with white pearls. She had a positive attitude and wasted no time looking for what I wanted. If you're in the Cerritos Area definitely come to her store (#3511).

This has to be the worse Forever 21! I order things online, whole purpose is to not wait in (there is literally signs for separate line to pickup order) I was told I needed to wait in the other line. Will never go here again
