I had clothes cleaned here about once a month for six months. I stopped taking my clothes here because I was told they couldn't find one of my blouses with the rest of my pick up. When I was able to identify and recall the blouse, the owner said she thought it went with a skirt belonging to a different customer and packaged it up with them and sent it home with them. She claimed she called them to return the blouse and would let me know when it was returned. She never called me and I called twice over the next month asking where it was and she told me both times it hadn't been returned. She never offered to compensate me for the lost blouse and never followed up with me after I decided to stop calling. My clothes were well taken care of while I was using the business, prior to them deciding to give away an expensive blouse to another customer and failing to retrieve it.

I took my dress and they left some spots dirty, I never back again, I told the owner and she said nothing she can do, (the spot just was dirty )

Excellent dry cleaning service with fair price. Dropped my suits on Thursday afternoon and picked them up on Saturday with no issues.

The woman I deal with is always very courteous and efficient. Good prices too. Ask her about the fighting fish in the aquarium (you don't see that in every dry cleaners ;-)

The owner was rude and didn't notify me about my jacket when it was ready. I also asked a question and she waved her hand, trying to shoo me away. I asked again and she did the same thing. I recommend you check somewhere else.

I appreciate her waiting for me to show up before she closed. BUT don't charge $38 for dry cleaning then I get there and it's $53. Not cool! Won't be coming back.

Love this place! Best customer service, clothes always look great, and always ready on time. The owner is just the best. She also does a fantastic job with alterations. Oh, and you can't beat their prices for cleaning and alterations.

This cleaners are one of the best in valley, they will take good care of any clothes I dropped, never had any issues last 7 years, good thing is they will send a text when clothes are ready, easy to deal with them!!
