Was told I Had to cancel in person despite living nowhere near Lakewood, told me to email management . I did and no reply, I tried to cancel a month ago and have been charged $50+ despite following their orders.

Casey the manager should absolutely be fired. She was so rude and because of her I plan on never ever returning here because she gave me a horrible experience. She was very racist towards me and my friend, it was easily seen by others around us as well. Horrible attitude, very unclassy!!!

I could've sworn this gym is 24 hours Monday through Friday, showed up Thursday at 4 am and they were closed! Listen up management, it's not the client's fault you all don't know how to do your job and schedule people accordingly. Also, as MANAGEMENT it's YOUR job to come in and cover a shift if an employee can't make it in. The District Manager needs to get this place under control, this isn't the first time. On top of the horrible scheduling by management, one associate left an elderly man in the restroom ALL NIGHT LONG after they closed for the night. shame on you crunch!! Stop hiring kids and do your job!!!

They just want money from membership of people. They manipulate people to join and charge credit card even after canceling.

They send out fake invoices and say you owe money, even if you've only been there ONE TIME visiting and belonged to another crunch. They are calling me , emailing and texting me all day trying to trick me into giving them money..pathetic attempt for money grab.

Charged us for months of gym membership after we had canceled the service. Manager confirmed the service has been canceled and that we shouldn't have been charged, but we are having a hard time getting them to reverse the charges.

This is a good gym. Not great, but will get the job done. Somewhat sturdy equipment. Needs more variety machine-wise, but as mentioned, will get the job done. I do not know why people are critical about it.

Charged us for months of personal trainer services after we had canceled the service, manager confirmed the service has been canceled and that we shouldn't have been charged, but we are having a hell of a time getting them to reverse the charges, beware of this location. Will update once the manager corrects the issue.

I am new to this gym haven't worked out in a couple years. I was not going to pay for the extra training I am 100% happy that I did. I would never of got the pump that I need alone. Thanks to Braulio a trainer at crunch I'm am a satisfied long term customer. If you have plans on joining a gym this is the gym to hit and ask for Braulio

DO NOT SIGN UP TO CRUNCH. They are sketchy and will steal your money. Years ago I cancelled MY subscription and upgraded so I could bring in guest. I ended up canceling and was still charged for years because they simply opened two accounts for me instead of upgrading me so when I cancelled my account I still had a second one active. Crunch of course does not want to take responsibility so I will be speaking with my bank to see how to get this money back. If I have to sue I will. It’s not even about the money at this point just the principle of it. My friend has had a similar experience with crunch.

I live overseas and when I come back, I need a place to work out for one month. So I signed up here, explaining the situation, and their employee said, no problem you can come back before the month ends and cancel. Which I did. Later I'm told there's a 30 day cancellation notification period and so I'd have to pay for a second month.So what the employee told me was wrong but the manager, Kasee, took no responsibility for not having trained their employee well. Or possibly he's well-trained and was trained to lie. Either scenario is ludicrous.Not to mention that they won't receive any future business when I return semi annually.Looking out beyond the next month, they lose out on my future business and they've created a lose/lose situation for both of us.

The gym is pretty outdated and needs to be renovated. Also the staff is really indifferent and kind of mean.
