Three ATMs mean the line doesn’t get long. Two are outside the lobby so those are accessible outside normal banking hours. Staff are pleasant and seem to really want to help.

On September 7th I made a cash deposit of almost $3000. I received a phone call yesterday September 21st from their manager Ashish Sighn who told me that on that date my deposit was actually credited $1200 and I only deposited $1600 and chase bank will be taking that $ back from me. That it was verified through cameras that my deposit was wrong. I woke up with $1200 missing from my account so I went into the bank to fix this issue and mistake that they, a bank, who I have been with for years can watch cameras and verify that the money I deposited was correct. Upon arrival of me today to the branch I seen the teller "Alex" who helped me and he admitted he came up short $1200 that day. And that I would need to talk to said manager Ash as he told me he would call him. Ash in the beginning was courteous and talking but then talked over me and raised his voice telling me I'm wrong and that there is no question that they credited my account$1200. I proceeded to tell him your wrong. I cashed my check through union bank which is right next door at 12:25pm and walked over to chase to deposit my $ with chase at 12:31pm. He told me that no it was wrong. So I walked next door and got a printed copy of my check cashing transaction and also two e tickets that showed the amount. I presented them to manager Ash and he said he will proceed to submit my paperwork and it will be reviewed. I was on the phone with there fraud department and corporate to figured this out because this is completely unacceptable and wrong! While on the phone manager Ash was calling me multiple times. Once I got off the phone with corporate I called him back and he tried to sincerely apologize for their mistake and that he would be handling any issue that has taken place. BE CAREFUL WHO YOU BANK WITH! Make sure you go higher and get things figured out. For a bank who can access camera footage and check to see if it was correct did not do that! This is completely unacceptable and not ok! I HOPE WHOEVER BANKS WITH THIS BRANCH WILL TAKE THIS INTO CONSIDERATION AND MONITOR THEIR MONEY. For $1200 to come up missing and them to try to pin in on my transaction is not ok! Thank you to US Bank who is right next door for helping me get the proper paperwork I needed to prove this manager and this teller wrong. Chase bank you need to thoroughly look into this and take proper actions!

My veteran son suggested Chase. I am so glad he did. Simply, professional service by Anthony M. Sulley and Erika Delarosa went above and beyond. I am a disabled Octogenarian. Business entities across the board are reducing customer service favoring technology more and more. Thank you, Chase, for valuing human services first. Thank you, Officers Sulley and Delarosa. I wish there is a zero stars option. Trash people work there. Disrespectful thugs and disgusting hookers. I have never seen a worse group of trashy people in one place. But then again, trash loves trash. I suggest everyone stop going there until they clean up the place from the human garbage they have. I cringe at thought of ever having to go there...

My mom and I went to this branch around 12:35 today. There were 3 bankers out 2 female and one male and the male get out the car and proceeded to walk right behind a moving car. then we were going to park and 2 female bankers were still in the car and sped into the parking spot we were about to park in and thing is they were already parked in a different spot. I don’t appreciate ppl thinking that the can act and do what they want bc they work there. Dont u think since its a small parking space they would leave it for the customers??? NOPE THEY DGAF. They only care about not walking 6 feet to the front door. One female banker had red hair(driver) other had blonde and the guy was bald wearing a blue suit.

Banker that helped me wasnt even trying to assist very little effort into assisting with my situation.Cant be rude won't mention her name last initial starts W. She was a little kind but not very focus on my needs. I cant give her the full 3 stars

Very grateful to branch teller Candy who went out of her way to teach me how to use the ATM with my phone (since I rarely carry my debit card), even pulling out her own phone to show me how to configure the Chase and Google Pay apps. Super friendly and super helpful. Perfect customer service!

This bank used to be very nice and convenient. It is in a center with Sprouts and Smart and Final that I go to every week. But, since they took out the tellers it is a frustrating experience to try to use the ATMs without them not taking the money I try to deposit. I had to use 3 of them before I found one that would take my deposit. BRING BACK THE TELLERS!!! Because of the lack of tellers and the poorly operating ATMs, I now need to go to another Chase. Never happy with my experience there and I won't be going back unless they bring back the tellers.

If you read my other Chase Bank review of their Lakewood, California branch, you'd understand why I ended up here. In a nutshell, the other store was completely automated (with one automated teller). That machine couldn't handle the specific transaction I required, so I ended up a couple of miles away at this branch. The line here on a Saturday was out the door. It was slow going, but the teller I had was pleasant. Unfortunately, they only had two tellers for a line that was 16 persons long. Indeed, this was inadequate. There was very little if any pandemic adherence accepted when the people in line themselves realized they were too close to one another. But, true to form, there are always people who don't care, so basically, there's no adherence to the 6-foot spacing between people. The 15-16 minute wait to get some [out of town] cash was way too long, and the third bank employee just milling about, I guess, didn't want to help out the two tellers that were working. This branch was understaffed and lacking in adherence to pandemic regulations. Since I eventually got my money without incident, three stars are the best I can do here. I wish I could have taken some pictures, but I was reprimanded a few weeks ago at my home bank in Las Vegas so that I won't attempt inside picture-taking anymore. RECOMMENDED: Okay SERVICE: Okay PRICE: $$ COVID: Does not practice pandemic regulations. PARKING: Convenient but crowded. REASON/INTENT: Get some cash.

I've gone to this location weekly for the past 6 months and always had pleasant tellers. The teller I got today didn't feel inclined to even attempt customer service and was rude to the point that we are taking our business elsewhere.

Of all the Chase branches I've been to, this has the friendliest personnel. They always greet the clients coming in, even when there's a line to the counters.

My mom just came back from the chase bank in Lakewood, on south and woodruff, The teller, Benjamin, has the worst attitude and customer service she had ever experienced. In return, the manager and employees has been always so good to us. By far, never going to Benjamin’s window again.
