I went in to pick up some pants that were altered, and the woman there pointed for me to go to the other side and wait. It caught me by surprise and she did it again, so I went to the side counter. At the same time, a woman and her child emerged from the fitting room. They were not even customers, but I had to wait until this rude woman entered them in to the system. Unbelievable. I waited until they left to address this woman's unprofessional behavior. I definitely will NOT return to this poorly run establishment. There are too many choices out there for dry cleaning and alterations.

Best place to have jeans hemmed & cleaned. Don't care about price, I go by the way the job is done. Won't take my NYDJ any place else. Did a great on hemming my husband jeans & took shorts to them to have waist taken in. Thumbs upService: Clothes pressing

Could not explain why he couldn't starch a 100% cotton shirt. Then got very rude when I tried to explain. He completely misunderstood what was needed. Told me to leave! Communication skills - badUnderstanding & listening skills - real BAD!!!I will never use his services again!!!

Two stars for outrageous prices!! Cmon??? 10 items for 89.00??? Nothing major. 1shirt, 1 short, 3 pants, 2 linen pillow cases etc. etc. yes good quality but seriously almost 10.00 an item?? Go buy something new before coming here you will be a winner!!

This place does an amazing job at a very reasonable price. The owners are super nice and very attentive! I'm very picky with my cleaners because I've had professionals cleaners ruin my clothes in the past. However, I don't think I need to worry about that with this place.

I come to this cleaners all the time to dry clean my husband's and my clothes for work. Every time the clothes were returned with excellent quality and my husband and I are both satisfied. I also asked for thick blankets and goose downs to be dry cleaned and they all came out clean without any damage. Will definitely continue to use this cleaners!!

I needed a alteration on a Suit sleeve (small slit) repaired. I was told it would be quick and easy and would not be noticeable. Once It was finished, it looked like a third grader had practiced with their new sewing machine!!! Just terrible... not sure what the seamstress was thinking ... Never again!!!!
