I’ve been going to this BevMo since it first got up and running. Every time I go everyone is helpful. It’s also nice that locals work here. Always great seeing familiar faces. Ed is always super helpful.

Lines are Long. Not enough cashiers. Also, the Mgr who was on duty was speaking with another cashier at the register about how she was going to write up another employee. To me, that is in bad taste to discuss such things in front of customers . It was awkward.

They had everything we needed! We were visiting the Long Beach area and went from place to place trying to find all we needed to make a margarita. Some places didn’t have the simple syrup and others no lime juice and others, no triple sec! We were making purchases along the way to complete the quest and paying premium prices.
Finally we found BevMo in Lakewood, which is right outside of Long Beach! They had it all and for a reasonable price!!! I wanted to go back to each of the mediocre places to make a return but didn’t, of course. I got the rest of the ingredients and am now aware of where to go next time I’m visiting the area.
Also great service! We were greeted when we entered the store and directed on where to find what we wanted. Shout out to our cashier who was also amazing and helpful! Great place!

Surprised to find out that they sell more than only alcoholic beverages as they sell groceries as well

Great store, but terrible checkout service. Needs to improve! Nice employees, but only two registers open each time I visit.
