Let me just say that if you bank with B of A you're cutting yourself short. The first point of contact at any establishment that provides customer service and essentially thrives on consumers should be pleasant and at the very least amicable. Well Paola Volu... whatever her last name is, is anything but that. Not sure what her position is here at this B of A, but she probably lacks the knowledge and ability to be a teller. However for one reason or another they have her a a greater and her very condescending tone drives potential customers away. Avoid her at any cost, good luck!

Always a huge line. Place is dirty and none of their pens ever work. Business teller always closed, when I asked about it they said "yeah we don't have enough workers". Bank of America makes huge profits and still treats it's business customers like garbage at this location. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely useless, won’t cash my business check because it had my name, so I switched it to my business name and they still won’t cash it lol, I wish I could of stayed at LBSfinancial but not enough branch’s, it’s crazy to think a bank with only 5 branches is 100 times more helpful than freakin bank of AMERICA SMH

Very poor service. We have been to other Bank of America locations, which definitely provided much better customer service. We just happened to be in the area, so we decided to drop in. The lady at the counter was not even friendly, was curt, and was rushing, did not even listen to what we were asking about. Thank you (not) for the help. We will not be back. Not recommended.

I want to focus on the ATM. With COVID, there has been a heavy push for everyone to use ATMs over going inside the branch offices. This branch have drive through ATMs that are messed up one way or another. It isn't because of tagging or destruction of property. It is simply the bank. Okay, I can do the walk up ATMs, right? Unless you are here late at night or early in the morning, someone is completing a long transaction that holds up the long line. Patience is always a virtue and it becomes your turn. Dont withdrawal increments of $100 or you will receive a $100 bill. How do I spend that at 7 Eleven or any other store? A hondo isn't welcomed when you purchase a $3 soda pop. This requires me to go inside the bank to make change... defeating the purpose of an ATM. Is this a First World problem? Seems like this should have been easier.

[email protected] RMNShame on Bank of America!Today is the anniversary of my renaissance rebirth - life saved from 42 stab wounds that occurred in veterans homeless refuge I was opening under nonprofit I founded over five decades ago in response to `ask what you can do for your country'. I wanted the nonprofit to stay Lilliputian without government nor grant funding relying solely on self-labor efforts without salary for me. Paperwork with Federal/State government was filed and a bank account opened with Bank of America. When my children reached adulthood, they came on board also without compensation. Accounts were added. And then they changed their policies - they were treating nonprofit as a busines requiring $5,000.00 minimum or fees would occur. Even postage is precious. I wrote `pleading' case and response unempathetic. All the accounts had to be closed and money borrowed to keep one active. But, recently, realized that it would be a good idea to add one back on existing account. All the paperwork had been filed before, including signature card. Current account holder went into local branch and not only unempathetic but insisting that once again paperwork had to be filed. Final straw. They do not want us. So, the account is being closed this weekend. Nonprofit will go elsewhere - where respect, empathy, professional consideration is blessed for `micro' in same manner as it is for `macro' 501 (c)(3's)Posted YELP, copies to Luminaries

I had several transaction to take care of for my elderly father, including notary service. It was very busy, I would suggest making an appointment first since they offer that. I didn't know. The banking consultants were so helpful and patient with my father. We needed a Notary service and clarification on options for him. Alexis really went above and beyond to help us and to make sure my father and I understood the best options. She and the branch manager stayed after closing time to complete everything we needed!! Thank you Alexis for all your help. ?Wonderful customer service, which is rare at banks now a days!!

Long wait. One teller unless you have business account. Taking breaks already and they just opened. Not good having us wait. Will be looking into another bank

I visit this branch because it is near from my house. I was getting a change and this teller was so rude and could not figure out the rolls even thought I wrote on paper already . I wrote dollar value and and quantity of rolls and name of change.. anyhow I was not feel bad because she wants to be accurate. After she gave me all the coins that she gave me 2 rolls short .I informed to her and she saying that she wants to see my bag….. I feel bad but showed to her . She realized that she counted wrong and gave me more rolls. Most importantly she never apologized about her mistake nor thank you or bye .. The management should be look out for it because no one is treated this way. I am a customer since 1985 and Love BOA but this was a quite shock

I thought had a problem with receiving something from Zelle, and the employee explained that it should go smoothly, and showed me why. Excellent customer service.

Waited a long time just to be told when I got to the teller that I could only get $20 worth of quarters. The teller was incredibly condescending, when I said I had a personal account and not a business account and was not kind at all. In contrast, I was able to get more at the Bellflower location and the Cerritos location was at least polite, apologetic, and prompt. In previous visits there, they were over 20 minutes late for my 5 minute appointment.
