So I opened an account, which in itself was a hassle being told to leave the line and come back twice. On my third attempt, I finally opened the account and was told to expect my debit card between 7-10 business days. After the 10 days came and went and still had no card. Apparently they didn't do half of what the tellers told me they were going to. First they make me wait over a weekend to open the account, then they don't delete my old address after making me prove secondary identification with my rental lease. On top of that they failed to order the debit card at all. The only reason for the second star is an amazing person named Tony who was very helpful and appropriately sorry for her coworkers mess ups.

WOWWIE. WOW. WOW. Had an appointment. New to area. Needed a bank for all the typical reasons. It was the best bank experience we have had in 68 years. My, oh my! Wonderful, human interaction. Our expectations have been exceeded. Recommend.

I would never open an account with them, ever. I use their atm for fee free withdrawal and it would be convenient to have my other checking account with them...but they have horrible customer service. Simply asking for a roll of quarters, nothing else, and being told "No, I don't have quarters.." by an incredibly rude teller, tells me all I need to know about their service. I will stick with my current bank and never, ever, use them for anything. Teach your tellers customer service and how not to be a b-tch. Goes a long way to attracting more customers.

I opened my accounts here at lakeside Albertsons approximately 5 years ago after having problems with a banking establishment I had been with since 1965 . U.S is not my only bank , but I can say in 5 years I have never had a complaint about their tellers. It's like a neighborhood ol fashion bank where I can say hello as I walk in to do banking or grocery shopping

The asian cagsier who works here doesnt know how to her job. Switch a better bank, or try a different braNch. Thes epeople are incompetent, rude and horrendous.

I came to U.S. BANK after being treated poorly at Chase Bank in the same parking lot, after being with them for close to 6 years. I've been treated extremely well by all the tellers, especially Liza. Liza treats me like a king. I haven't had my accounts very long with U.S. BANK, and so far so good. I have NEVER had a problem with anyone there for any reason. I highly recommend U.S. BANK.

So this manager got mad that I told somebody who came in and asked to open an account that they should go use SDCCU so she refused service for me and threaten to call 911. And I told her I would wait there until the police showed up and then she didn't do anything.

US Bank Card Protection Services is awful. I believe US Bank is going to loose some customers because of them. I have beg Card Protection Services to take me off this service. Every time I used my card I have to call them to unblock ithe card with no results. So far 8 times in two days to unblock my card. This is ridiculous. Very poor customer services. I told them if I have to call one more time, I am going to transfer to a different bank. Very aggravating to keep calling for the same thing over and over again. I advised everyone that read this post, if you ever get put on US Bank Card Protection Services, just transfer to a different bank.

I will only go here !! I will not go to another bank at all. I useally have jordan as my banker and he's great he always goes above and beyond for me.
