This shop is family owned and operated and i couldn’t be more pleased with the value they bring to their customers. I immediately took both cars to the shop , a subaru and acura for preventive maintenance . Jeff had told me in advanced how much the estimates were and if our cars didn’t need anything additional it wouldn’t make sense to charge me for it. I really appreciate his integrity and being forward with me. Lastly the turn around was 2 days and cars are back on the road doing what they’re intended to. “I am a AAA member and in the last four years I have dealt with *** Towing three time. The first time it was battery service on my F150 and it had to be replaced. The second time was a battery jump on my wife's car. He didn't have the battery on his truck but followed me to the dealer to make sure that I got there. This last time my daughter had two low *********** was all but flat because the valve stem was torn. All three times they have been great. Always courteous and respectful.”

“Our 2012 Jetta had pretty extensive front-end damage from hitting a pickup truck tow winch. We loved this car and it was a struggle whether to repair it or junk and find another vehicle.At the accident scene our AAA tow truck driver suggested USA Auto Body. At USA Auto Body I had a fairly long conversation with Jeremy, asking questions and was impressed with his depth of replies, and I was impressed with him. I know a fair amount about cars and feel like I can sense a scam or mistrust a mile away - I didn't have either of those senses with him. He set me a price and told me he wouldn't go over it, no matter what they found (he kept his word).We decided to repair it and to trust him & team with the work.It took longer than I would have liked but it was around the holidays, and the big rains, and the repairs took longer than anticipated, so I chocked it off to that.The finished car astounded me how good it looked - and he kept the price down by using almost all used parts. Looking from the front of the car now it looks nearly brand-new... it's my daughter's car and she's beyond excited about it (she's the one that banged 'her up). There was a fair amount of mechanical damage to supporting systems around the engine - Jeremy & his team fixed all of them! That's something to consider as most body shops will only repair, well, bodies. When he handed me the bill, he said "there's a LOT that was done that's not on this printout". I believed him.I highly recommend USA Auto Body and will bring my vehicles here if I ever need repairs. I've been telling others as well.Thank you Jeremy & Team!”
“They went the extra mile fixing my car. When they noticed something was off they took careful measurements and discovered some additional damage. That repair delayed the return of my vehicle, but I am glad they took the time to be careful and get it right. They kept me informed the entire time. If I ever need that kind of repair again, I will go to World Auto Body. The finished product looks better than the car did before the accident.”

“I have had to call AAA more than I have wanted in life but everytime they dispatch Precision Towing. And everytime I feel blessed that I amgoing to get the best in San Diego. The most recent time I had the pleasure to meet Ammar. They were faster than AAA anticipated. Ammar was very professional and even identified the issue with the vehicle in hopes it would start without having to tow it to the shop. He was patient and we worked together to make it happen but unfortunately it wouldn’t start, so he loaded up my vehicle with skill and safety applied and I was impressed. I just wanted to say thank you Precision Towing and if anyone needs a towing company, really you shouldn’t look any further than Precision.”
