Usually I write reviews when I am dissatisfied ...that's not fair I know but ...the excellent service, quality of work, and exceptional level of communication makes this the exception and hopefully more the rule! Our heavy duty truck needed an emergency repair after it incurred damage on the freeway . Pulling a 43 foot trailer with dogs and a child in tow made it stressful! George fabricated a repair of a part that is no longer available , got all of the parts and had us back on the road in about 24 hours! Despite no appointment and his busy schedule he got us going for a fair price! He even made room for the trailer so it would be safe . Kim communicated every step of the way! She let me and the dogs wait in the office and made sure everything was flowing smoothly!! For hours !! and made me feel welcome. I would recommend regular service and major repairs of heavy trucks to use this company ! Veteran owned is a bonus for me.

Bunch of rip offs. Don't go to this place unless u have thousands of dollars to waste. Even if u do make sure I get a written estimate or they will charge u $1000 just for oil change. I can even post the receipt.

George Kim Frank very professional helpful honest folks. George definitely one of BEST mechanics around, this guy KNOWS this stuff! Had some issues that were handled BEFORE it became catastrophic. I would recommend anyone with RV problems to seek them out! Not to say any kind of truck also.

Stopped in here this morning after I had an air bag on my semi get punctured. They immediately got me in and got a new air bag installed with a quality replacement. Price was very fair and service was very prompt. I would recommend going here and should I ever be in the area again needing a repair I won’t hesitate to come here. Thank you all for the service today

These guys are very good at what they do! They rebuilt the CAT engine in my RV early in 2022 and it was running great until the head that they put on failed about a thousand miles out. They worked hard to get a diagnosis done for me in Texas, where I was. I wound up going to a CAT authorized dealer, Rush truck center of Beaumont TX (see the review I gave them), because the problem looked like it should be covered under their warranty. Rush was no help at all despite George doing his best to convince them that their diagnosis of over-bored the cylinders couldn't be accurate. Because of Rush's obstinance I was forced to drive back to SDHTER to have them fix the problem. They found multiple problems with the head and obtained a brand new one under warranty. They also found that the piston rings on 5 of the 6 pistons, installed by the factory, were improperly installed.While they had it this second time I had them repair the chassis AC and the diesel generator as well.This is a great shop to have large diesel engine work done.

The shop with great customer service, great technicians and very good rates. The truck was fixed in less than 30 minutes and the price was lower than $60.Highly recommended!

Took our Isuzu Tiltmaster to have our lift gate checked out as it was having intermittent issues. Before that we took it to a place that couldn't diagnose the issue and wanted to charge an absurd amount just to diagnose it overnight.Frank answered the call, took the truck in later in the day, fixed and returned the same day, and charged a fair price. Be aware . Scammers. Kim and George. Husband and wife that will rip you off, and hold your truck as hostage. Be aware. Don't go there.They doing whatever they wants without quoting, and demand the money with no excuse. I will take them to court for sure, just to make sure that they won't do that to anyone else .My attorney already found that the company dissolved on 2014 and registered again on 2018, I will keep you updated.Justice will be served.

I could not solve an electrical grounding problem on my International 3800. Despite logistical challenges at the time, they fixed the problem perfectly. Definitely the go-to guys for heavy trucks!
