WENT THROUGH EVERY STEP OF RENTING A U-HAUL ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT HE COULDN'T ALLOW ME TO RENT A TRAILER, WHEN I WENT TO PAY FOR IT.

I came here to buy lotto tickets and the 40ish employee started preaching on me for purchasing them. He told me I could be wealthy if I didn't buy them. I have never been treated like this before. He couldn't drop it either and must have gone on for 5 minutes. I have worked in customer service for 45 years and I never would have been able (nor would I) to treat a customer this way.

Went to rent a uhaul and guys were v super friendly. When in returned the U-haul I brought the wrong card. So I waited about 30-45 minutes for my wallet to arrive and watched these guys work. I don't think the was a single person that came in that one of the staff members knew.

The tall guy is rude to my family. My son asked him where in the store he can find specific items and the guy said “I don’t know, look for it”.The other day we’re about to pay for the stuff we got and my 6 y/o grandson went back to say hi to another boy and this person said “look at that guy he thinks he’s in chuck-e-cheese.Another occasion, they were all in the store when the guy said “hurry up “ in a very nasty tone.

Went in and had an awesome selection of liquor. The gentleman working the counter was extremely friendly and hilarious! Would definitely recommend stopping by this spot!
