“Although I am not a member of this credit union, I have been there many times over the last few years due to "shared branching" (Co-Op Network) as my (now former) credit union was located outside of the San Diego area. Every time that I have ever gone into MyPoint CU, I get treated with respect and no one has ever tried to pressure me into switching to their credit union. I have been helped in the past by friendly people and each time, I am in and out of there within a short amount of time. I am very happy that their ATMs take cash deposits! I would not hesitate to return there in the future.”

“I went to deposit money here yesterday and could have swore I put in an amount that was counted $200 under. I notified staff and they told me I could make a claim but I didn't feel comfortable with claiming if I just miscounted beforehand and I don't want to drag someone out if it was just a mistake in my end. They let me know they'd call me and update me on the status of the machine, if the $200 was somewhere internally. Melissa was so sweet and called me the following day/today to notify me that the money was spot on and that I did indeed just come in $200 short of what I initially thought. I am very happy that she followed through on her word to update me. I've been doing so much, I completely forgot about this situation until she just called and updated me. Huge shoutout to Melissa at this location for following through in what she said she was going to do! So sweet and look forward to stopping by at this location in the near future.”

“This is the only Chase branch I will go inside..the rest always seem to mess things up..All the employees here are GREAT and really choose to help people plus most the times they remember my preferences like separate reciepts or always give envelope when I withdraw cash...LOVE this branch great customer service ?”
