Eric Choi, Cris, and his install team were phenomenal. the sales process was super straight forward and we believe we got a great product. Chris and his team on installation were right on time each day and crazy productive. it was not a large install but was done with the utmost professionality and care. Frankly it is impressive how efficient they are and we are so pleased with the results.

Our family was looking to replace our flooring on the second floor and had been shopping around the local big box stores and flooring supply stores locally. With a few quotations, recommendations and varied timelines, we were ready to go with one of our quotes. On a coworkers recommendation and positive reviews on Yelp, we called Venetian Flooring. Actually before calling, I tried stopping by their showroom and just letting you know, you do have to call ahead of time to arrange an appointment. We meet with Eric the following weekend at the showroom and they had more than enough samples to choose from. It may not be the fanciest showroom that I've been to but does have the variety of samples that you may be looking for. In the showroom we picked out a few samples to take home to see in different conditions (time of day, lighting, and contrast with our current color scheme). Eric then came out to measure and quoted us a no nonsense best price possible upfront. Venetian Flooring was not the cheapest but within reason. We were impressed with our coworkers results so we went with them. We were promised a start time of 0730 and they showed up at 0730. The crew was punctual, reliable, and courteous. There was a section of the staircase that I wanted to paint prior to the new flooring being laid. The crew made the accommodations so that I could get in their during their workflow to paint and touch up various areas. The second day went without a hiccup and was comprised mostly of finishing up the baseboards and touch up painting. At one of the last inspections, Chris the foreman/manager of the crew found a slight scratch in one of the planks. Instead of trying to fix just the single plank, he has the crew remove the flooring in the entire room to get to the single plank. Chris wanted everything to be perfect and indeed it is! The crew are absolute craftsmen in this trade. They were courteous and efficient. Who the heck can complete a job that is approximately 1500-1700 square feet with replacement of baseboards in just two days?! Venetian can! If you are looking for a vendor to do your flooring, look no further! Call Eric and have Chris and the crew make your home absolutely marvelous! You simply get what you pay for, a stunning showstopper.

I had such a great experience with Venetian Flooring. We worked directly with Chris and Eric and they both were so professional, punctual, reliable, responsible, very sweet, and especially patient during the product selection process. I had a very specific idea in my head of what I wanted and brought home so many samples. While all very pretty, none of them was really jumping out at me. We took the samples back and all we had to do was show them a picture of what I wanted and he handed me the most perfect sample which is the one we ended up going with. So let that be a friendly tip to anyone else because it'll save you some trouble. Once the project was done, my husband and I were were overjoyed. The whole experience was incredible from beginning to end. We went with luxury vinyl being that we have two dogs and two toddlers and we couldn't be happier. The quality of the product is fantastic and I have received so many compliments on them, asking where I got it from. The install took only one day and we had it done in every single room of our 1750sq ft home. Pricing seems to be in like with others. I highly recommend Venetian Flooring. They're the best!

This review is way overdue. We found them thru Yelp back in 2019 when we wanted to change the flooring in our condo. We did not even look for other companies as we're in the middle of remodeling. Eric and Chris were super nice and friendly. Great products too. We then moved to our house in late 2020 and the first thing we did was changing the floor. Because of the pandemic, the inventory may change in moment notice. So we chose 2 different floorings... just in case. At the end we got our first choice and the crews were fantastic. They finished timely and their finished work is superb. We're quite loyal. When we found a company or a person that was nice to us, we will always go back to them for many years. We have our shutter guys since 2003 and our window guys since 2015.

Venetian flooring is one of the best flooring companies around . Eric was extremely patient and helpful with picking out my dream floors. His crew worked nonstop, extremely friendly , polite and kept my house so clean during the entire process. I have a one year old puppy and Chris the project manager became his best friend during the time he was here . I have never seen a crew be so fast and efficient. If I could give it 10 stars I would! Look no more , this place is the best!

Love my new Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring! Eric was very communicative and professional throughout the entire process. His crew and PM Chris were professional and fast and my floors and baseboards look awesome. All around great experience. His all in price with no surprises was a bonus.

From our first meeting with Eric, we were very pleased with how easy he made everything. He was informative and took his time with us. Communication was ongoing. We were always in the loop.The floor looks great! He brought in a big crew and removed the old carpet and installed the new vinyl in a day and a half. (Living room, dining room three bedrooms and hall.) They did a lot of extras that we didn't expect: They replaced all of the base boards and painted the new baseboards. They replaced and installed door stops for all the doors. They put felt pads on the feet of the big furniture.Eric and his team were hard working, efficient and pleasant. They cleaned up everything before they left. We highly recommend Venetian Flooring.

This review is long over due. I was looking for someone to do our flooring for our new construction home because I did not want to upgrade through the builder. We showed up to Venetian Flooring and they were closed, only open to appointments due to covid. I called and spoke to Eric and he asked me where the new construction home was and told me he will measure the model home the next day. On our meeting he was able to give me the exact out the door cost. His pricing was definitely more expensive, but I ended up choosing him because he was up front about everything. On the day of installation, he arrived earlier than his installers to have a walk through. Chris and his crew got here around 8 am and finished at 1 pm. It's been about almost a year and I am still obsessed with the laminate flooring i chose. I know renovations are usually very stressful, but this was a very pleasant experience. Thanks Eric!

My experience with Venetian Flooring was probably the best experience I've had while remodeling my home. Eric is so thoughtful and meticulous and checked up on us on every step of the way. Probably one of the most prompt and professional people I've seen in this business. He is also very honest and I could tell that he genuinely wanted and recommended what was best for my house and my budget. Now that the floors are installed, I've heard so many compliments from visitors about my wooden floors! You can also see by the pictures how well they have been installed. They are absolutely beautiful! Definitely recommend this place 100%! I don't usually leave reviews but I am taking the time to leave one because it was just that great. We have been and will only be using Venetian Floors from now on on any future projects! We already have another house set to install new flooring with him. Eric was a 10/10, installation was 10/10, Floors were 10/10, overall such a great experience!

We called about 10 flooring vendors and got quotes from 5. Venetian Flooring Systems wasn't the cheapest (however, still very reasonable) ... but it was clear from the moment we reached out that Eric and his team would take good care of us.Eric came out to our home to explain their process and take measurements. Then we went into his Lake Forest office to look at a number of samples. He had us take several home so that we could look at them in our lighting throughout different points of the day to get a true sense of what the flooring would be like.When we were ready to sign the contract, he came back to our home for another walk-through to ensure nothing was missed.We are currently doing a large renovation job, and we scheduled a date that we thought would work with the rest of our renovation. When our cabinets were delayed, Eric was more than accommodating to find a new date that would work.The new flooring was installed today, and we are amazed! Eric came out to our home this morning at 7:30am to do a walk-through and review what would happen today. Chris was the Project Manager, and I can't say enough great things about him. Chris and his crew are incredible. Within about 5 hours, our entire downstairs was finished with amazing attention to detail.I don't write a ton of reviews, but I felt compelled to write one here. Don't question it -- use Venetian Flooring Systems and you won't be disappointed! Unfortunately, our new cabinets were delivered immediately after the floors were installed so I have boxes and boxes on top of my new floors ... but I'll try to return and post photos when our kitchen is finished!

As every review says, Eric is awesome. His pricing is competitive, products are high quality and customer service rocks. That's the best part of this company. The bad part however is the installation. The installers don't give any thought to how the flooring is supposed to be laid out so they will place identical patterns next to each other which makes the flooring look terrible! This is not how the manufacture recommends their flooring to be installed! Good installers will stagger the patterns to make it visually appealing. They left glue residue everywhere which turns into dark streaks. Also, the workmanship only lasted less than one year as all of the caulking they used has completely fallen apart. This leads to the baseboards they installed. Or should I say jammed to fit too long of pieces in too small of spaces. The baseboards look warped because of the poor installation. The photos speak for themselves.
