We recently did a complete remodel of out kitchen; thus, we replaced every appliance, fixture, and kitchen essential. I honestly wasn't prepared for the time and attention to detail that was needed to rebuild the kitchen. Thankfully, I was referred to Renwes to assist me along the way as they have a variety of products and brands to choose from. From the time we walked into the store, we received exceptional service. Raul, a Renwes team member, was very knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and helpful throughout our shopping experience. With his knowledge of the products and his understanding of our needs, we purchased a counter-depth refrigerator, a dual ranges, a beverage center, a panel ready dishwasher, a panel ready ice maker, a hood vent. a garbage disposal, a sink, a water filter etc. Not only was Raul very attentive in person, he also promptly responded to every email and phone call. I contacted Raul many times during our construction project and not once did he seem put out. I asked for specs of products, new handle colors, appliance installers, multiple deliveries of the products for different dates, and more. Each and every time, Raul (and Renwes) met my needs and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Raul and Renwes! It is so nice to get all your product needs in one place. This not only saved me time and money, but it was a successful and pleasurable experience due to Raul's top-notch customer service!

Shannon is a lifesaver! We're beginning a shower redo due to a leak and decided to change up our shower valve setup in the process. Super easy to get some awesome recommendations that worked with our existing design over the phone and was able to get a part same day to continue our plumbing work. Just wanted to Thank! Roy @ Renwes. I was in need of a new washing machine. I knew exactly what make/model I wanted. Maybe, not the most common for residential, Speed Queen, but that is what I wanted.Called Roy, from the start of the call to delivery, was less time than it would take for a pizza to be ordered and delivered.Now, that should not be the expectation, as I live fairly close to Renwes and happened to call at the right time.Just want to again Thank! Roy, you got it done so quickly and no effort on my part!

We came in on a Saturday to look at appliances. There was no product information or pricing near each appliance in the entire place. Very strange. How does one expect to shop and compare? I didn't want someone hovering over me to keep asking on price. I was told to go online for pricing. Waste of our time and gas to this place. They have an outlet center in the back. Good luck with that. It's just boxes of stuff all over the place. How can one see what's available if it's still in the boxes?

I sent my sales associate at Renwes Appliances the following email excerpts following the successful delivery of a new Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer last week.Hi Roy, I now understand why your customers are so loyal and the reason your company grew from a Mom and Pop store years ago into one that exceeds expectations, especially when compared to Lowe's or Home Depot. I am beyond thrilled with my new Whirlpool fridge/freezer and I had the semi-rare opportunity to compare my delivery experience of Lowe's vs. Renwes. First off, I appreciate the time and trouble you took over the phone to ensure that my purchase would fit! As you recall, the fridge I bought and returned (frstuck out nearly 10 inches past my counters. My condo's kitchen area is basically an island and that extra 10 inch depth made it look dark and made me feel claustrophobic. The replacement fridge delivered today is actually slightly less than are my oven's handle's. Perfect! The Whirlpool has more usable features and I especially enjoy that it can calibrate water output to a specified amount and it shows every ounce poured without a request. I find this a feature I will use. Most important was I had a chance to compare your delivery personnel to that of Lowe's. Both were friendly, polite and helpful. But the delivery men from Lowe's left me with over an hour's worth of untaping and peeling of film, some of which had filament threads that would require Goo-be-gone to completely remove. In contrast your delivery men did all that work in the front of my home vs. leaving me with the chore. Truly I felt the manufacturer's obsession with gray foam on all 4 corners of every shelf, plus film, and the impossible to take off filament tape led me to believe Samsung had a complete paranoiac dictator in charge. The amount of work the consumer needed to undertake was cruel. Your men relieved me of all that. I also learned it is not typical for delivery men to, with permission, remove oven doors and the homeowner's front door to accommodate delivery. I was told my new Samsung would extend outwards "a bit". We could all have saved the labor costs involved had he told me the fridge extruded 10 inches past my counter depth. Roy, I thank you kindly for your time, attention, and great choice of new fridge and your superb delivery staff.Ps. I've concluded that the last 2 refrigerators and a dishwasher from Lowe's were never adjusted or leveled properly. The delivery men from Renwes did an exacting job of adjusting the fridge and even set the temps for me!

I've purchased from Renwes twice. The first time was kitchen appliances with Roy and most recently plumbing fixtures with Shannon. Both are helpful and knowledgeable and know how to direct purchases to what would work out best in my space, without going over budget. Recently, Shannon put out order fires and saw to it that I received all of my purchases quickly. If you go to Renwes, be sure to seek out Shannon and Roy. I am more than pleased and I'm a tough cookie.

I would give Shannon 6 stars if I could! Shannon helped me pick out all my kitchen and bathroom fixtures. She asked all the right questions, had so many great ideas and helped me pick out things I love that will work in my space. She really knows her business! She is knowledgeable, professional and a pleasure to work with. I have remodeled several times before and I have to say Shannon raised the bar. I would not hesitate to use her again. I've been working with Shannon at Renwes (owned by Fergueson) in Lake Forest. I would highly recommend her for purchasing plumbing fixtures. Her knowledge and guidance have simplified the overwhelming decision-making process of choosing fixtures. She is consistently patient and encouraging, responds to questions and issues promptly, and I've never felt rushed into making a purchase.I'm also impressed with Matt at Renwes for large appliances. He is a wealth of experience when it comes to appliances and has been a huge help. I plan to purchase an induction range and recently learned that he owns one and could share first-hand experience for this purchase.I've found prices at Renwes to be generally competitive with Home Depot, Lowes, amazon, etc. and even lower in some cases.Renwes gets 5 stars for customer service and competitive pricing.

I have never encountered such amazing customer service in any store let alone an appliance store. First of all this place is the Disneyland of home appliances. If you are a cook and dream of building your ultimate kitchen, this is the place. I worked with Roy as my main sales person for the major appliances and Shannon for the kitchen sink fittings etc. Roy not only knows his products well but has in his mind the realistic delivery timeframe and availability! I picked out a wolf range, a kitchen aide refrigerator and a Bosch dishwasher! I bought my sink and faucet here as well. They have free delivery and the sales force here have all been long time employees (15 years plus). That tells you this is a great company! I have been through 3 kitchen remodels and have used Ren-Wes for them all. They carry other high level brands and have a mind blowing selection!

Renwes is part of Ferguson so not only do they handle the top end of kitchen appliances, they sell all the other necessary plumbing supplies you would ever need. And for those supplies you can expect deliveries in less than a week's time. No supply chain delays here as Ferguson has several warehouses in the greater LA region to pull from.

Renwes has a great selection of appliances and a nice showroom. Best of all, their pricing is very competitive. Matt Schifferli is amazing! He is very knowledgeable of their products, reliable and provides superior customer satisfaction skills. He always responds in a timely manner and great with follow-through. Highly recommended!!!
