Whish I can put zero stars. These people are a scam! Cars come in with a check engine light on, that's a automatic fail for a smog check. These people still test the cars and take people's money knowing that's going to fail. When they can easily tell you as soon as they turn on the car and see the checknengine light on. Sucks that you cannot trust anyone now a days.

I came here because my car needs a smog check and the shop I usually use does not do smog check. Instead they referred me to ProMax. I didn't get a warm fussy feeling when I discovered its website is closed and no one answered my call to schedule an appointment. I bravely dropped in thinking they couldn't be too busy. Sure enough, they were able to take care me right away. I was little disappointed when the lady at the counter told me they no longer accept coupon nor Yelp check-in discount. One good thing happened is the car was ready in 30 minutes as promised.

Called this morning to inquire about a smog check and asked for a coupon price since I'm a returning customer. He said he can't give me a discount because his boss is out. Asked when the boss will be back. He said maybe today maybe in a week maybe in three weeks. And he stated he couldn't give a discount because he would get fired when the boss returns but he wasn't sure when the boss will be back! Nice lie Martin. Please take your business somewhere else.

I walked in for smog check. Not only they were cheaper that close by shops, unlike others they did not hesitate to take me in even though it was close to their end of the day.

Just needed a smog certification. All was great from calling to get info, checking in the vehicle, explanation/customer service. Nice waiting area. Knowledgeable explanation. I have nothing negative about the entire experience.

Well to say the service was sub par would be an understatement. The girl working behind the counter is rude and doesn't know what customer service is. Just like some of the other yelp reviews have already stated. She is disgruntled and is very rude to the customers. Doesn't greet you when you come in the door, she's too busy staring at her cellphone, doesn't even look at you when she finally speaks to you. She mumbles and seems very angry. To make matters worse, the shop doesn't honor their yelp deal! Horrible experience!!! Management needs to do something about her, she is purposefully killing their business.

They are fast, efficient, left my car clean and I am satisfied with their work. I is the second time that I have been there. Both times for smog check.

The smog test took 30 minutes and the person was polite very polite. The game changer was the coupon from their website: as soon as I showed the coupon, the whole nice-guy, customer-friendly theme changed!Here is what I remember: (1) "you should have shown the coupon first", (2) I am just an employee, the owner does not accept this coupon, (3) the coupon is for 15 years ago!It just seems that the businesses on this row are slowly going out of business, e.g. had a worse experience at Big O Tire. They run these scam coupon to bring people in...Service: Emissions testing

STAY AWAY Girl working front desk must hate this job...she has the worst attitude, no concept of basic customer service, not helpful at all, watching shows on her phone while ignoring customers. dont waste your time...and god forbid you ask about the $20 yelp check in discount (they don't honor it and blame yelp that it's still online).

I've come here four times now to perform a smog check with three different cars and so far have not had a bad experience. Prices are fair and if there's no one ahead of you getting their car checked, they start right away and finish at the expected time.

Great place. This shop was recommended by my mechanic and it did not disappoint. Excellent customer service, from beginning to end! Make sure you check-in through Yelp and it'll give you a $20 discount on any smog check, *just make sure that you show the offer as soon as you start talking to the service personnel. $49.95 for cars $59.95 for pickups $8.25 for the DMV Certificate Highly recommended shop, at least for smog checks! (My experience) If you can, show up right when they open (0800), so you won't have to wait too long! Lol
